I'm very dissatisfied with their service. I took a pair of jeans in for my wife to get a broken zipper replaced. They took payment in advance and issued a receipt. When I got them back I realized they had not replaced the zip but put it back together and it immediately broke again. When My wife returned it, the woman acknowledged that it wasn't properly fixed and took it back in. Someone then called me to accuse my wife of bringing in a different pair of pants! The woman said the pants were grey when the receipt said black (they're dark grey washed out from black.) When I argued that they made the mistake and that they needed to do the work or give a refund she wouldn't hear me out and talked over me. She said she would wait until "she" came in meaning my wife or the one who didn't do the work --- I don't know. Then she said that they didn't have the machine to do it! Then I got a "Have a nice day" and she hung up. Don't go here. If you do watch out for any errors on your receipt. The customer is always wrong and they'll accuse you'd being dishonest. read more

this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. do not go here. they have horrible customer service. or even just no service in general. I went to get my shirt altered and the little lady from the back just pulls at my shirt and says ya there's nothing we can do. it's a manufactured problem so we can't help you. like there was no effort at all even trying to find a solution. it was just straight up not our problem. so good bye. they are so rude. and useless. I would not even give them one star, but need to in order to write this review. Brought back a pair of pants they had altered as they were unraveling. Sales person found my info on their data base as I had already trashed the receipt. Tried to show her the showdy work they had done and she couldn't be bothered to look but only denied she did not do the job and it was not her shop. Basically I needed to pay for the service again. Why would I pay for service if they could not do it the first time. Rude and deeming customer service. Should of come to looked on yelp as it looks like I am not the only dissatisfied customer. read more

To save you time, please do not come to this location. Very very sketchy place with very dishonest people. The manager and the rest of the employees pretend to be nice, but if something goes wrong, I assure you they will become your worst nightmare. They will lie to your face and find ways to literally make you look like you are the one to blame for their mistakes. I took in a brand new bridesmaid dress and I was told by these two female employees that they could shorten it and fix the straps, because the dress didn't fit me, I couldn't even walk on it. These ladies looked at my dress and commented on how beautiful it was, it almost seemed like they wanted to wear it. They charged me way too much for a hem for one layer dress and told me this was the best price that I could find in the city, so I paid. Left the dress in the store for a weekend and came back because I realized I could go to other stores/seamstress to get the fixes for cheaper. I went to pick up the dress, the manager removed some pins from the dress but I couldn't even look at the dress because it was still inside its original bag and I was so dumb to trust them as they said "we did not touch it." So I didn't check the dress when I left the store, but I went directly to another seamstress that day (an hour later) and this new seamstress looks at me horrified and took pictures of my dress because it didn't look new... strings pulled out, zipper area ruined, and marks of pins almost everywhere. I went back that same day to show the dress to the manager as she told me to come back so she can take a look at the dress. The manager kept saying, oh yeah this dress doesn't look good.. and tried to blame it on me.. I couldn't wear the dress because it didn't fit me I explained.. it was a bridesmaids dress I was saving it for the wedding. Then the manager told me and I quote "we will pay for your dress because it is our responsibility as the store.. but I need a paper receipt." So I went that same day all the way to the dress shop and got a paper receipt for the manager. I went back to Stitch it and the manager asked for my address and phone number so they could send me a cheque and she even said "it will take around two weeks" and I asked her how do I prove that you are going to pay for this?.. she said "just trust us." All this while one of the employees was yelling at me "we did not touch the dress" in front of other customers, very unprofessional. Oh my... all this time I was thinking I should have recorded them the whole time. What a circus. The next day I received an email saying that they are not gonna pay for the dress and that they will mail it back to me. I called the manager and she completely changed her speech by saying that the dress was already damaged and that they were not going to pay for my dress and that her employees were perfect (I am not kidding)... crazy woman. If the dress was damaged from the beginning why did nobody say anything? The two ladies from the beginning? My partner who was there when I tried it on at the store? The damages were so noticeable that the second seamstress noticed them right away. Therefore, it is impossible that the dress had some type of damaged when I took it there. I truly believe they either messed up when trying to fix it or someone wore it during the weekend because we even found dark spots on the armpits area. Anyway, the dress was left in the store and I'm still waiting to get it back and who knows when because they didn't give me a date. They even tried to blame it on the dress store... Customer service sucks btw so don't even bother calling. They will type down whatever is convenient for them to use it against you. Typical "we will call you" and never did. read more

I will NEVER use this place again. I had taken in work uniform pants to be themed only. They had my pants for over a week. When i came to the store to pick up it took them half an hour to find my pants and then informed me that they had not even been touched. I now have to go to work and have no pants to wear. The employees at the store did not seem to care at all that this has happened. They just said well we are busy. Well I am sorry when you are running a business and have told people things will be done at a certain time they should be done, or at least a phone call made to let people know. When informed I need my pants they said they would hem all 4 pairs in an hour, this is unacceptable and can't imagine they are going to be doing a good job, I have taken my buisness elsewhere and will inform everybody i know about this terrible company. read more
