When I got them back I realized they had not replaced the zip but put it back together and it immediately broke again. When My wife returned it, the woman acknowledged that it wasn't properly fixed and took it back in. Someone then called me to accuse my wife of bringing in a different pair of pants! The woman said the pants were grey when the receipt said black (they're dark grey washed out from black.) When I argued that they made the mistake and that they needed to do the work or give a refund she wouldn't hear me out and talked over me. She said she would wait until "she" came in meaning my wife or the one who didn't do the work --- I don't know. Then she said that they didn't have the machine to do it! Then I got a "Have a nice day" and she hung up. Don't go here. If you do watch out for any errors on your receipt. The customer is always wrong and they'll accuse you'd being dishonest.
