We have now been put in financial hardship only to further his own wealth as he showed up on time in a new Jeep to get our money. He is going to be sued for theft, fraud, larcency, and collusion by us as he has gone back on his word and we have the communications to prove it. Dave continually provided excuse after excuse on why he couldn't repay our money, however we are the only victim here. Even our bank, Wells Fargo, has left us high and dry as well. We will be seeing you in court soon and you can explain to my 3 year old son why you took his money. Thanks for being Dishonest Dave!!

Full of excuses and really creative reasons why he never showed up to do the landscaping project I hired him for. Example: "we were on our way to you with a trailer full of top soil and gravel, when the axle broke. We are scooping it off the side of the highway, and will be there as soon as we can." He took my check "for materials" directly to my bank and cashed it. We never saw his face again. Fox 4 ran interviews with two other unlucky people who were scammed by him, June 9 & 12, 2017.

We ended up getting a full bath, two bedrooms, and a huge great room built. I especially liked the fact that by default he used quality materials. Little things like metal clothes pole support brackets in the closets. Dave was super easy to work with, he was ahead of schedule and very punctual, and his workers did a fantastic job.
