They came out twice because the first repair scratched the pedestal and the adhesive didn't hold. Second time they tried to fix the scratches but used some kind of matte paint which messed up the finish. Scratches are still very visible. Table still isn't level. It's better and the joint is solid but there's bad scratches. I've attached pictures.

They have delayed by sending their "service" people, I suppose being paid by Scotsman warranty, to fix a unit that can't be fixed,) Now they are saying they offered at last repair appointment to take the unit in to be repaired. That is not true. We were going out of town to our son's wedding for a month and would have been happy for them to take it while we were gone and repair or replace. They did not offer that. And now, they say they have "turned it over to Scotsman," are delaying further. We bought it from them, it never worked, we want a replacement. They can deal with Scotsman, that is not our responsibility. They sold us a new unit that never worked.
