Brandy came out, same day, 7:30pm, took her time, and carefully evaluated everything. She initially suspected a pressure switch or possibly a motor issue and even went to get parts. But instead of just replacing things unnecessarily, she kept thinking through the problem, came back, and found the actual issue -- a clogged tube with debris. She fixed it on the spot. No unnecessary parts, no upselling, just honest, thoughtful troubleshooting. Total cost: $275 ($225 cash). She saved me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of stress.
