After continually talking down to me I asked him if he talks to everyone this way, his response, "people I know, yeah." I told him that I don't know him and I don't deserve to be disrespected and chewed out like I'm a five year old in need of a time out. He was beyond disrespectful and should not be working in the customer service industry. Run, don't walk away from this business if you value good customer service and don't want to be chided by a jerk for walking in the door.
