They do not answer their phone. They rarely call you back. I will give them a point for the charge, it was reasonable, and they only charged me for the glass, not labor. Maybe it's because they know they blew it by keeping it so long and not answering the phone. I try my hardest to support all the local shops and businesses, but sometimes that comes back and bites you in the butt.

She has made this process painless and been the biggest help since we moved into town. We wouldn't go through anyone else. The only down side is that maintenance takes a little while to be completed , but this is a small town with lots of homes, and that isn't contracted through Rogne so it's at no fault of theirs. DO NOT trust this business. I hired Shane Krogg from Auto Glass and More to replace a windshield,…read moreapply tint, and do some light detailing. What I got instead was weeks of dodged messages, excuses, and ultimately, what appears to be a $150 scam. I reached out professionally, confirmed availability, location, and even asked if a deposit was needed -- which I paid in good faith. Shane replied just enough to keep me on the hook, then completely disappeared. My follow-up messages went ignored, Cash App requests were denied, and the payment I sent showed a mismatched name, raising serious concerns. Even after I told him how important this job was to me personally, he ghosted -- no refund, no apology, no explanation. Just silence. To make matters worse, Auto Glass and More is not BBB accredited, which makes sense given how unprofessional and shady this experience was. I've dealt with plenty of small businesses, and this was by far the worst. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind -- go somewhere else.

Being exhausted from packing, working full time, me being a full time stay at home mom of a 1 year old, painting an entire 1300 sq ft house interior. We were overwhelmed and that's an understatement. We finally caved in and reached out to movers. We reached out to C&B via Yelp, got a response right away! Chris and his team were so incredibly friendly, understanding and really ready to help us! We scheduled them to come help us move for the NEXT Day! They showed up early, were super nice and understanding about our situation. They kicked butt! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full garage was packed, loaded, and moved to the new house. They were very fast, but efficient and they cared for our belongings like it was their own! If you need moving, estate liquidation, cleaning, junk removal, etc.. they are a one stop shop and we will never stop shouting from the rooftops how amazing they are! Highly recommend them for all your needs! We will definitely use them again if we need to move again in the future! Thank you SO much Chris and your Team at C&B solutions!! Oasis came out and charged $125 to look at it, take pics of it, and clear the drain pipe. I was told that was it, it was clogged and couldn't drain, that's it. Fast forward a year and a week later, come to find out, the leak was not resolved. Ceiling is leaking again! I called Oasis back. Now these people don't even serve the Sparks area and would not come back up to resolve the issue. Wow, convenient. I called a different reputable company, who comes to tell me that there is NO drain pan present at all. It had been leaking condensation all over the subfloor, everywhere. I find it embarrassing for Oasis that their technician didn't realize a drain pan was missing. Ridiculous!
