Then this glorious beast recommended some new lump charcoal. Since I'm not, not going to listen to the advice of this backyard superman, I bought some. My firebox arrived. I loaded with new charcoal and proceeded to grill a meal that has accomplished something I never thought possible. My mother-in-law was silent for 15 minutes! 15 MINUTES! Couldn't believe it. Today, I've called four times - first time resulted in an immediate disconnect after completing a few prompts, second disconnect happened even faster, third the same as the first, and then the fourth time I made it (finally) to the actual hold music and after 5 minutes heard a new automated voice say, "Sorry, but we're experiencing some difficulty. Please call back at a later time." I'm switching after this round of refills. This is crazy in the making.
