I tell the guy what happened and he's like, "We got you. No cost we'll order for our next shipment." I told him "No, we broke it and it's like 15 years old." He said, "It's OK we got you." Then this glorious beast recommended some new lump charcoal. Since I'm not, not going to listen to the advice of this backyard superman, I bought some. My firebox arrived. I loaded with new charcoal and proceeded to grill a meal that has accomplished something I never thought possible. My mother-in-law was silent for 15 minutes! 15 MINUTES! Couldn't believe it. Thanks to Ace in White Bear not only is my beloved egg back and glorious, but I now know what heaven is like. Bless you all....and keep saving lives.

Buyer beware - 48 hour return policy on all appliances...including unused window air conditioners…read more BTW, this return policy is not posted by the appliances, on the receipt, or at the check out counter...only at the returns desk. That's just poor customer service. My wife bought a window AC unit for our daughter's apartment on a Thursday. After a failed attempt to install on Saturday due to a poor fit with the window sill, we attempted to return on Sunday and were told it was beyond 48 hours. Not even a store credit was offered. I checked with MENARDS...no such return policy for an unused appliance. I will not buy appliances from Lowe's in the future.
