Their is a different kind of spa. So they do float sensory deprivation therapy. This means that you are in a sound proof room floating in water. It seems odd at first but after 5-10 mins you are completely relaxed. The owner explains everything in great detail and uses it herself. read more

It was super easy to book online with Levity when I checked their website and was able to get an appointment next day. They offer a huge array of services and I was initially intrigued with the float therapy, but I ended up getting a massage. If you check out their website their services are reasonably priced and they are located in midtown in an easy to access studio. The first thing I noticed when I walked up was that the ramp was handicap accessible to their door and it was easy to find the front entrance (there's a huge sign that says Levity you can't miss it). Everyone was very friendly when I got in and my massage therapy Lindsey K. assessed my needs and asked questions before we started. The massage was great... it flew by. I'll be back. I'm already following them on social media! I saw these do memberships and giveaways, I'm excited to try more services here asap!!!

An isolated time for you to center yourself and come out refreshed…read more Located at a local residence, the owner is very friendly and explains everything before your first time in a sensory deprivation float tank. A list of detailed instructions is sent to you before your first float. The tank water is warm, so you don't notice it as your floating; it was a bit humid feeling at first which took some taking used to but after that it was extremely relaxing floating in the tank and having time to meditate. I imagine if you haven't meditated before, it may be more difficult to enjoy the experience, so I'd recommend doing some practice meditations before.

Decided at the last part of the day to get my back adjusted because My SI joint was all jenked…read more I walk in and there is a new doctor. ( oh boy...as I contemplate leaving , to return another day... the new doc called me back.) well heck there goes my escape plans lol. I was also in a ridiculous amount of pain. The Doc shook my hand, made eye contact......and then it was the adjustment. II felt almost instant relief upon adjustment , as in my low back pain was maybe a 2 out of 10, from a 6-7 out of ten. This new doc is a keeper!! He knows his stuff and has a very relaxing"table side" manner. 12 hours later, I still have no pain. Will update ! P.s Best part it is 29 dollars for an adjustment. Just 29 dollars!!!
