It was super easy to book online with Levity when I checked their website and was able to get an appointment next day. They offer a huge array of services and I was initially intrigued with the float therapy, but I ended up getting a massage. If you check out their website their services are reasonably priced and they are located in midtown in an easy to access studio. The first thing I noticed when I walked up was that the ramp was handicap accessible to their door and it was easy to find the front entrance (there's a huge sign that says Levity you can't miss it). Everyone was very friendly when I got in and my massage therapy Lindsey K. assessed my needs and asked questions before we started. The massage was great... it flew by. I'll be back. My husband and I are huge fans of the Japanese onsen, but it's really hard to come by places that offer a nice hot soak. Healing Spirit Soaks was a great experience for us. When we arrived for our reserved time, Brandi showed us the salt scrub tub, sauna, two hot soaking tubs, two cold plunges, and biomat. Shoes are not worn inside, so you can remove your socks and shoes in the changing area - there are also slippers, robes, and towels provided for you. Brandi also offers you a nice herbal tea or water. If you're not familiar with the whole soaking experience, Brandi will walk you through the steps of sauna first, salt scrub and rinse, then hot soak and cold plunge. This visit was extremely relaxing and tranquil, and it went by too fast. I was really sad to have to leave, but I'm definitely going to purchase a membership. I loved having this place as part of my routine for many years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. I never had any problems with the female staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had repeated uncomfortable interactions with one male staff member who I experienced as condescending and dismissive. Eventually, he accused me of "taking advantage" of the business regarding policies that had never been clearly communicated to me. After five years as a loyal customer, I found this incredibly disrespectful. Had someone simply communicated the policies clearly and professionally, I would have followed them. When I brought my concern to the owner, the interaction escalated rather than being resolved. I was told there was "always a problem" when I was there--something that had never previously been communicated to me--and I left feeling talked down to, intimidated, and unwelcome. As a woman, I think other female customers should be aware of this dynamic. Over time, the atmosphere increasingly felt like "bro" vibes to me, and unfortunately my final interaction reinforced that feeling. I emailed the owner afterward explaining how upsetting the experience had been and received no response. After five years, I'm genuinely sad that this is how my experience with Tucson Cold Plunge ended.

Upon entering I was welcomed and offered water. They have local goods including Maya tea and essential oils they use for sale as well. The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. The pressure she applied was perfect and I was a pure puddle of relaxed goo at the end. They offer subscription programs that can be shared with friends. They also offer grief focused massages and can happily accommodate for pregnancy. All in all a great experience!
