Great food but it does take some time for a order since it's a small place. Wings are delicious and the shrimp lo boy is amazing as well.

You'll find tables, high tops, bar seating, and a great deck for outdoor seating in warmer months. The menu is always changing seasonally, which I love for trying new items and eating flavors of the season. This includes the drink menu, in which they have a fun variety of drinks, including great mocktails. The happy hour menu is great if you want some light bites or shareables. In the past I've really liked Caesar salads, the fish and chips, and the brussel sprouts, to name some. The service is always great, with the staff being super friendly and attentive. I recently had an engagement party here with our families, and the Half Moon team went above and beyond to make it special for us, for which we are so thankful! They have fun events here often and it's always a great time when you visit!

I think they were also having a party or a gathering of some sort and it was so loud we could barely carry a conversation. Not to mention the beers weren't that good either . I asked for an I hello ultra that tasted more like a corona :( not to mention we literally had to scream our order to the bartender because the people behind us were so loud and she was on the other side of the bar instead of walking up to us . The only good thing was the hostess , very helpful with our coats and even put sore tv in for us . But aside from that it wasn't the best experience. A bit disappointing

The music that they were playing outside made me dance and invited me right on inside...and then I saw the a décor. It was colorful... When I went in there and I was talking because the music invited me inside lol I was talking to the man that was there, and he was very, very nice... and very inviting. So, I got Jerk rice with beans. I got cabbage and sweet plantains, and let me tell you something 100 % delicious and with the curry sauce on the side, not too spicy. It was fire!! I can't say anything bad about this restaurant and I can't wait to try the curry goat......Even though I'm afraid to eat curry goat lol, The owner said, don't be afraid I make it really good. So I will be coming back... you better believe that. I hope you remember me. I'm the blonde girl that said she was afraid of food? Well, I'm not afraid of food anymore after eating your food LOL. By the way, your telephone number is not working. You have to fix that. I tried to call you to say thank you for a wonderful meal, but the phone number did not work. Other than that. Your restaurant is fire! So..... Everybody eat the food in At Jamrock in Keansburg new jersey.... It's delicious It's fire and i'm enjoying every darn bite. Xoxo Thank you. Jennifer muller

There was a smell of BBQ and curry in the air. I walked down the end of the parking lot and discovered Jamrock. I was not thinking about Jamaican food for dinner, but after smelling the food, I had to try some. I got the curry chicken, white rice, cabbage and corn on the cob. Wow the curry and cabbage were delicious. We also had a beef patty which was also good. I will definitely go back to try some more of their food and you should to.

We started our meals with and order of Broiled Oysters and the Octopus Ceviche Tostada and both were excellent. The oysters came out piping hot. Entrees consisted of the Pork du Jour with a spicy blueberry sauce, Fig Glazed Long Island Duck, Seared Scallops with a Vegetable Risotto and my favorite, the Crawfish Etouffee With pasta in a cream sauce. We finished our meal with and order of Beignets and an Apple and Cranberry Crisp. Drew's is a BYOB establishment and reservations are strongly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Staff were beyond friendly. Cons -- THE FOOD!! We had pork belly and duck confit appetizer. Pork belly was drenched in sauce and overcooked. Duck dish was good but was a spread and served with such a small amount of bread. Main courses -- presentation was terrible -- i ordered NY Strip with french fries and veggies. Hubby ordered jambalaya -- both dishes were served luke warm and looked as though they had been sitting. French fries were all tiny pieces as if they were at the bottom of the fryer. The steak was a poor cut. The jambalaya lacked flavor. The protein on the dish was all overcooked. Dessert THE Elvis -- sounded sooo delicious but was basically a spoonful of peanut butter. Even the ice cream they served with it could not drown out the overpowering peanut butter flavor. I did enjoy the cappuccino. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and he didn't even eat his meal. It was that bad. Sadly, one and done for us. I know they changed their menu so perhaps this is not their best lineup but I cannot forgive the terrible presentation. The price point for what they are presenting its insane.
