After a terrible experience with a previous primary care (dare I use the word physician?), I came here because of two a-fib episodes from allergy shot reactions (see South Florida ENT review). I needed some answers and couldn't get them anywhere else. I'd almost given up hope, but Andrea got lab results that I couldn't get, took new follow up labs, and found some good news and some bad news and that's all you need... to learn the truth about your health from a healthcare physician. I highly recommend you come to this facility if you need answers. And why else would you go to the doctor's??

He would be sure to stop in on my mom during hospitalizations sometimes 2 or more times in a day. It is now 2 years later and unfortunately my 91 year old father is now facing medical issues. I accompanied my father there on a recent appointment. Dr. Alley has a super staff. The nurse Alaina & Gaelle, who I believe is an assistant know my dad by name and could not be more friendly or kind. Alaina, is very professional and so respectful of my dad. Dr. Alley makes my father (and me) feel like he is the only patient in the office. He explains medical information in "patient-friendly" language. So are patients sometimes waiting an inordinate amount of time for their appointment? The answer is yes. Should that affect the 5 star rating I've given Dr Alley and his staff? Absolutely Not! Before Dr. Alley treated my mother, I was was one of the many "unhappy patients" when a doctor or dentist made me wait a lengthy amount of time in the waiting area. But after the amount of time he doles out in treating his patients, I will never make that complaint again. So if you are in that office waiting, please don't take it out on Linda, the receptionist. Just know you are in the best hands of the best physician and staff, ever!
