My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.

Why didn't I do this before? I don't know but I should have 30 years ago when I was a ER nurse. It would have been a great addition for the sore body I endured for 40 years. The young lady who who did my facial was kind with a relaxing atmosphere. The best first time ever. I definitely will be back. Already to book another visit. They even had a master list & were able to look up my gift card with my name & information. I still have the actual gift card- which AGAIN HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED. I think it is RIDICULOUS to not honor this gift card! I won't recommend this spa to anyone. Their employees are not friendly and the management is TERRIBLE! They didn't have a problem taking my cash for the card- but can't honor it now? THIS IS THEFT! They stole $75 from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB & leaving negative reviews on every platform until my gift card is honored. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM SPA COLLIERVILLE LIKE I DID. Do not purchase gift cards or ANY services from Spa Collierville! They will not honor gift cards and make up that they have expiration dates. SCAMMERS! THIEVES!! LIARS!! UPDATE: Company responded with a false allegations that I was disruptive in their clinic- but when asked for video evidence they could not prove it. So they also tried to slander me and have opened themselves up for legal consequences . Admit you are scam artist and liars. Don't you dare tell me I was rude or disruptive because I wasn't. Be careful because I would win in a civil suit . make sure you stay the facts and not more lies and BS . You still have time to make it right and I will correct my reviews and revise my complaint. I just want products what my card was purchased for. You obviously can't refund my credit card because it is expired. That was foolish to offer since we both know that can't be done. I am willing to buy product and spend extra $ if you honor the card

Absolute WORST nail salon experience I've ever had. Tony was…read moremy nail technician, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. I came in with an inspiration picture and specifically explained what I wanted. Not only did they fail to recreate the design, but Tony actually left in the middle of my service to work on another customer, leaving my nails unfinished. During my pedicure, the technician skimmed my skin so badly that my foot started bleeding. There was no care, attention, or concern shown afterward and she ended up blaming it on me. When my nails were finally completed, they looked nothing like what I requested. I asked for an ombré design and was given a plain nude color instead. They told me to pick my own color even though that's their job to figure out what color matches my inspiration picture. The worst part was the customer service. I politely tried to explain that the nails were not what I had asked for and pointed out the issues, but instead of listening, the manager and employees became defensive and started yelling at me, insisting that I was wrong. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by salon staff. I paid fully for a service that was poorly executed, left with bleeding skin, unfinished nails, and was made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. I would not recommend Mira Nail Bar to anyone looking for quality work or professional customer service.

Eyebrows changed my life - I kid you not - and it was all thanks to Stephanie Brick…read more First, let us go back a few months to when I first met her that balmy fall day. I had just arrived at Amanda Hill's studio where we were doing a pin-up shoot. I had been following the Memphis Bombshells on Facebook and really wanted to have some photos like that before I turned 30 (eeeek!!). I had seen Stephanie's work before (both hair and makeup) via Amanda and I knew this chick was a genius so I bit the bullet. Plus, you know that feeling you get when you just *know* someone is cool? Well, not only is she cool but I *knew* Stephanie was a hair/makeup genius the moment I walked in the door. It was love at first sight and now I've had her do my hair and makeup for 3 shoots. She has done vintage to contemporary and I've loved it all. I would hire her to do my makeup and hair every day if I could afford it because it is no coincidence that my dates go way better when I see them after I see her...but this is still not how she changed my life. She changed my life when I booked her for a makeup lesson. I asked her to teach me how to contour my face (aka make it look thinner - hello Kim Kardashian, thanks for introducing me to this concept) and not only did she do that (in the privacy and convenience of my own home I might add)...but she told me about filling in my eyebrows. And THAT is when my life was transformed. I know you think I'm being silly or dramatic or exaggerating...but I'm not. Not even a little. Everywhere I go now I get compliments on my eyebrows and there is a direct correlation between people telling me I'm pretty and me filling in my eyebrows. If these puppies aren't filled in, I am one plain Jane walking through this world. In comparison, my current boyfriend goes absolutely gaga when my eyebrows are done (and he doesn't even know that is what is making him swoon...he just knows my makeup is different and that he likes it.) My best friend's fiancee saw me on New Years and hadn't seen me since this little transformation and literally asked her to start doing her eyebrows like mine. Who knew eyebrows could make someone feel so sexy?! Anyways, not only Stephanie Brick rock my world with the eyebrow revelation, but she also taught me how to correctly do my eye makeup. I've been walking around this world for 28 years with way too thick eyeliner looking like Cleopatra gone wrong...and now (I don't mean to brag but...) I can finally do a proper wingtip! Stephanie was a blessing in my life and I know that sounds ridiculous to some but proper makeup makes a huge difference...especially when you're getting older and trying to hide the flaws and highlight the good. Her rates are completely reasonable and I implore you to give her a try - it can be life changing!! P.S. If you're on Instagram follow her @girlmakesface!
