Please don't go to Veta/Vita she's terrible. I asked her to clean up my eyebrows, which are kinda…read morethick, and I wanted to keep my pointy arch. She def didn't listen. My eyebrows are super thin. One side was round and the other was pointy. The round one was shorter than the other. Then she kept asking to fix it. I declined because I hate thin eyebrows and I know she would have made them worse. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH VETA/VITA!!!

So I decided to try the others...1 older lady that I liked the last time was doing a facial so I couldn't get her and then a short younger girl with extremely thick brows...she seems aggressive to me....she was talking very loudly over my face and her breath was horrible the last time I came. She also messed up my brows and covered her mistake with the tint. Today takes the cake tho and I highly doubt I will return. I've been to Bombay Cordova and on Park for years...never a problem. They were always Very professional. Clean work areas. That is not the case with the Southaven location. First let's start with the location. It's not clean, it's dirty, not inviting at all...no salon decor like the other locations. There's always a stinky smell like someone recently pinched one off or took a dump. I'm sitting here currently waiting on the young lady to go get tint for my brows that she just threaded. She's been gone nearly 20 minutes and I'm just listening to them stand in the hallway talking as if their lobby isn't full. She just got back...I remind her that I also want my chin threaded. She's so busy talking that it takes her 20 mins to apply the tint to my brows...she tells me to sit somewhere else while my tint settles and I remind her again that I wanted my chin threaded. She sighs as if I just asked to borrow her wallet! I keep my warm demeanor bc if it weren't for my engagement photos that I'm taking tomorrow I would've walked out and just went somewhere else but she's already threaded me at this point. I just need the tint.I just despise blatant obvious bad customer service. And playing and talking as if you don't have customers literally waiting on you to finish their service. I've never had anyone take that long to get tint for brows. And when I tried to ask the older lady who did my brows the last time if she could check On the young lady getting my tint and she totally ignored me. I only had to wait 8 mins to be seen but it took her more than 50 mins to thread my brows and apply tint bc she played and talked the entire time. Not to mention either she used a stinky towel to wipe off the tint or it was her. She didn't have the boo-boo scent before she applied the tint but now I'm wondering if she pooped while my tint was resting and it got on her fingers....ugh. Never going back and I don't like my brows!

To be clear, this is not a review of the service. I HIGHLY recommend Tiana at the Union Ave…read morelocation. She is the best. This is a review of the business, both corporate and Memphis franchise ownership. I signed up for S Pass and didn't use it as much as I thought I would, ending up with over $300 in credit for services. I asked the manager if it would be possible to pause membership and still use my credit before resuming. She told me that she could remove my payment method from the account, the membership would still be active, I could use my credit, and add a payment method back later on. Perfect. Except that not only did this suspend my membership, and so did not work the way it was explained to me, in the intervening month the entire program was discontinued. Corporate headquarters informed me that (though when signing up for the Pass there was no indication that I was entering a contract with anyone other than the corporate entity), they took no responsibility for this or the fact that there was NO NOTIFICATION of the termination of the program sent to members. They flatly refused any assistance and told me it was the Memphis franchisee's responsibility to resolve the issue. I called the manager again. She returned my call saying that I could at least begin paying the monthly fee again and not be out the over $300 that I had lost. I went into the store to do so and had booked a service as well. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not, in fact, do this. I was provided a free service that day (the manager, to be fair, was as helpful as I think she was able to be at this point), but am still out a fair amount of money. I hate that I cannot continue to visit Tiana for service - again, she is fantastic - but I cannot give business to an establishment that wouldn't even offer to split the difference on a gift card to keep a loyal customer.
