Since the pandemic hit, I have not had good experiences with quality work. Steve's Mobile Security was exceptional in every aspect. Sandra was extremely informative, had a great sense of humor, and was a pleasure to work with. Sean was punctual, very knowledgeable and professional. Nick did the most amazing installation leaving no errors found (and I am a tough critic). I will be returning for my sliders next. Worth EVERY penny. read more

First of all, trying to pick & choose the best design for our home was tough! They have so many amazing designs to choose from that add curb appeal to your house, opposed to the traditional ugly security doors that we all know & have seen! While it was a tough choice, we are extremely happy with the choice we made & the color scheme looks phenomenal!! We had our security door installed in September 2022. From the time that we ordered in June 2022, installation was approximately a 16 week wait! But let me tell you, it was well worth the wait! Our security gate is gorgeous and we have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors. After installation, I did notice a little gap at the bottom of the door. I contacted Steve's mobile security doors and they came out that same day to fix the issue! I even had them install a lock latch higher from the deadbolt to prevent my toddler from helping himself outdoors all alone!! I must say, everyone at Steve's mobile security doors are very friendly, prompt, and quite knowledgeable about current break-in figures in our area! Now we can answer the door and feel safe with our new sercuity barrier!! I would recommend Steve's Mobile Security Doors over & over again! read more

First off they were really helpful in terms of letting letting us know what different options and add ons you can get when selecting a door. They came out and measured our door, we placed deposit then waited 8weeks for door to come in. Installation with Nick and Chris was good, you could tell they were knowledgeable, they worked quickly but they paid attention to detail (satisfied my ocd). It took them about 2 1/2 hours to put it all together but I think what I liked the most is that they did a really good job on the install. Beautiful door. read more

We are very satisfied with the quality of materials and the work they provided. The installers ( Chris/Matt) arrived on time. They were friendly and did a seamless job with the installation. They cleaned up afterwards. They explained the warranty and answered questions I had. Highly recommend this company with your security door needs. read more

I had a security screen installed on my front door and was so pleased with both the product and the company that I decided to save up and do my sliding glass door as well. No more worrying about potential break-ins. There is NO getting through my slider. The company is very process oriented. They will come out for the measurement, quote it, get it ordered, and get it installed seamlessly. They're on it. I'm 100% confident in recommending Steves Mobile Security. read more

My new door is one of the best purchases that I have made. The process was relatively quick and easy. Someone from that team came to measure my door and helped me decide which door would match my house. In a little over eight weeks my door was ready to be installed. The installation took a couple of hours and the results has made me along with my dog so happy. read more

Steve's Mobile Security Doors - My screen door that was recently installed. - Door Sales/Installation Near Me - Modesto, California

We wanted to add a good screen door so that our 11 yr. old could start answer the door without being 'vulnerable'. Steve's was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be more satisfied! From our initial contact to installation, everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They offered helpful suggestions regarding which color, style & handle type would look best and provide the security we were looking for. The cost is well worth it. We now have not only a beautiful door, but one that was custom made and fits like a glove. This is not a generic door you get from a home improvement store. If you're looking for a quality, custom made security screen - look no further and call Steve's Mobile Security Screen's and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. read more

I contacted Steve's Mobile Security Door team to discuss having a security door installed at the front door of our home. The door arrived and the team did an excellent installation job. I am very pleased with the quality of the door, installation and the security of the door. You get what you pay for. This was more than we really wanted to spend, but the design, appearance and quality is worth it, let alone the safety and security of it. We had our house just painted and Sean, who came out to give an estimate and show samples was able to match beautifully the security door with the colors we chose for the house. We were told it was taking 10-12 weeks from order to install. The door came in within 7 weeks and was installed the next day by Nick. He even touched up a scratch on the freshly painted trim and did a beautiful install. Very happy and already received compliments from neighbors and family. Thanks. read more

Happy to give a review for Steve's Mobile Security Doors! These guys are a Five of Five stars outfit! Very professional and highly responsive. I had initial engagements with similar companies in the Sac area and I am glad we went with Steve's. Starting with Natalie from the office, she is very responsive, pleasant to speak with and customer conscious. Natalie made me feel welcomed and she spoke/texted with a positive vibe! Very important attribute for a customer facing role. She also respected my goal to convey to the sales/consulting manager that i just wanted a quote since I am still shopping around. With Sean (Sales/consulting Manager), my experience was very similar to Natalie, he spent a good hour and half with us. Very patient in explaining and responding to all our questions. No high pressure sales tactic. Sean followed up with after two weeks to inquire about our decision. His measurements were accurate and when I texted him to confirm hinge placement, color and design, again - consistent and responsive! I appreciated that. I almost went with another company but I was turned off by the vibe. I was consultation appointment was cancelled twice and no follow up after the second cancellation. I guess my business was not worth their time. Will not name the company; I will not do that here but will certainly not recommend them. As for the installation Team, Nick and Julian are cool folks! They called me to let me know they are running late. I was ok with it, I was working at home anyway. Nick and Julian were also very professional. They made sure the door was properly installed. I can tell they wanted to make sure we were accommodated on out questions. They were not in a hurry, they continued to refine the door position until it was perfect. I appreciated that! So, here's the summary --what are the common traits I observed in Steve's? The group of folks I interacted were very professional, projects positivity, highly collaborative and very customer oriented. Huge difference from the other companies. Whoever is leading Steve's is doing the right thing. These guys are invested. Hope this review is helpful read more
