She gave incorrect information and cost your store a $350+ sale because I ended up going online and buying instead. She said you all had none online or in-store. To my surprise, this was completely a lie. She tried telling me that if I wanted the shoes, since they are a popular shoe, I'd have to go to some site where people buy and sell shoes (stockx) and that I was gonna have to buy for 2-3x the price so anywhere from $300 to $400 and she was completely incorrect on this information. Come on, we are talking about a little kids Jordan shoe and I ordered them and 3 other pairs online within minutes of talking to her. Please better educate the people working there. No wonder this store has one star and people keep saying the service is atrocious. It is. Uploaded screenshot showing that not only was the shoe I was looking for available on their online system, it was not sold out in ALL sizes like the employee stated. She didn't even look before telling me to shop on another businesses website!! She went as far as to say that if I went to the Nike website, I wouldn't have any luck since they don't sell Jordan's.... Nike doesn't sell Jordan's?!?? How does this girl work at a shoe store????

This is a Dillard's Clearance. So some of the departments that the regular Dillard's have, this store do not have. Such as fragrance & makeup counters, furniture, bedding, and home goods.
