I love the co-op! There's just the right amount of selection and bulk items to nourish the body!

Another great part about Co-Op is they have a "borrow a bag" system.

Items do you have a tendency to be more expensive than what you could purchase at Walmart, but for having something conveniently located it evens out for me. Their floral section is always beautiful as well with an incredible and wonderful staff who are always ready to help. There's also a spot where you can pour your own jug Kombucha which is pretty fun.

I continued our nightly routine of getting ready for bed when I realized-- we were out of milk!!! Oh NO!! So I made a late night run to our local Trigs. Upon arriving to Trigs I noticed I forgot my cell phone so I decided to stop by the cashier to check my #WIC benefits for I was unsure of what type of milk was "approved". I didn't want to hassle the cashier later by possibly bringing the wrong type of milk and having her have to restock it. (I was being considerate) Mind you, there was no one in line and the store appeared to have little to no customers. As I requested for her to look up my WIC benefits, I was unable to immediately find my card. Searching through my purse, I began to apologize. As I looked up with relief when I found it, I notice a few people in line and the cashier shaking her head while having an annoyed look on her face. Prior to prompting the screen, she loudly said.. "Is this for WIC or EBT??" (I was uncomfortable with her "announcing" my personal business in front of the other customers behind me and if she was listening I had already told her what benefits I needed to be checked at the beginning of our conversation). As she the prompted the POS system to read my card, I didn't not see the card reader screen request for me to swipe. She then asked with an annoyed tone for me to "swipe" so I did but it did not read. This occurred once more, that is when I explained, "my screen is not requesting for me to swipe--" ...she responded again with an attitude-- "well, my screen is..." as few seconds passed and the card reader screen finally requested for me to swipe my card so I was finally able to complete this transaction. I then went and grabbed my milk, brought it back to check out with her as she was the only cashier but while "helping" me this time she started to have a personal side conversation about her day with the person she personally knew behind me. How rude!!! I then decided to address my frustation, stating that it was extremely rude and how she made me feel and left. I hated the feeling of being rush or being an annoyance. I am a customer too and deserve the same customer service and respect regardless of what time it is, regardless of whether or not I am using government "assistance", regardless if I am of minority descent, regardless if there are three people standing in line behind me. At the end of the transaction, I am a paying customer (again, REGARDLESS of how I'm paying). In addition, I am a mother who has a two year old anxiously waiting for his nightly cup of milk-- so if anything I am the one who should be rushing you, not the other way around and you ma'am are on the job, so do what you are getting paid to do, you profiler!!!!!! Side note: I just want to ask who has not EVER misplaced or rummaged through their purse for their debit/credit card while checking out? I am sure I would not be the first!!! So BONNIE, (the name of the cashier) CHILL the freak down. Congratulations you have succeeded on poorly representing Trigs!!! You definitely have not done Trigs a favor. If you can NOT handle the "pressure" of a little line starting at 10:30PM then I suggest that #customerservice is NOT the field of work for you. And keep your personal/side conversations to yourself while "helping" the current customer in front of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #sorryNOTsorry #horriblecustomerservice #profiling #justsaying

While the location is…read morefine for most of Stevens Point, those who live on or outside of the west side of Point may find the drive a bit more than they are used to. Overall this store has various issues. On almost every visit sale items are not available on the shelves and require extra time tracking down an employee to either get a rain check or get stock from the back. The layout is congestive which makes it difficult to navigate when traffic is high, and since this is one of the few stores left in town, it is often always busy. Checking out is often a nightmare as products are often missed as baggers switch mid order or leave completely. Checkers are competent and polite, however often do not give customers enough time to collect their items before sending the next order down the belt. I believe this is where the issues in lost or additional items is occurring. As someone who worked for several years in the grocery industry (Pick N' Save in Fond du Lac) I know these issues can be sorted out with a modicum of attention from management. As one of the primary grocery stores in the area I hope they will take an opportunity to look at improving customer service instead of relying on the fact that they are a limited choice in this small community.

Roundy's has a monopoly on supermarkets in most places, so they can charge whatever they want basically. So I assume they are trying to do that here. It is to the point where I literally stopped in the store, looked at all the prices and went "wait.....what? wow" And I just left. Don't use "well our economy..." as an excuse, the same products are cheaper elsewhere. try other stores, farmers market. avoid copps and metro market. ...please.

Drive to Trigs or battle Super Wal-Mart…read more Very Limited Variety: Have an alternative item in mind. Convenience: Location is convenient. Check out is SLOW. No Hustle. They ID everyone "under the age of 99" . Everyone. Be prepared to be behind a Senior getting carded for wine. Quality depends on what is purchased. It doesn't take long to figure it out on your own. I stick to basic staple items. Price/Value: The Key Card Items are the only way Copps remains competitive. Now that the store is being 'remodeled' items are being moved daily even within their department. Who does this? Stopping and shopping at this Copps is a 1 Star experience.

I was trying to find a bonafide bakery for some serious donuts and apparently Yelp hasn't quite caught on in this town like I would have liked. I knew Copps had donuts, I am a former employee (of good standing) of 9 years. I know the quality and selection would be just fine. So Saturday morning, after the "running question" my cohort and I stopped at Copps on Church St. We chose a lovely array of a dozen + doughey goodnesses. They did not disappoint. Now, I know what you're thinking, Is there really a bad donut... hell yes there is and these were not them. They were supremely fresh, and down right incredible. So Sunday rolls around and I realize that my donut fix has not been fully satisfied. So I promptly got in my car and drove to the Plover location for another stunning variety of donuts. This trip was about 3.5 hours later than the previous days pick up and I wondered if the freshness could be topped. Once again, the donut were nothing less than stellar! Really. Run, don't walk to your nearest Copps, in any Wisconsin city for a donut of your choice. I believe that the consistency would not disappoint -The nice thing about having a business with many locations. Stevens Point/ Plover/ Whiting doesn't need a stand alone bakery as long as Copps is makin' the donuts...
