It also left me looking tired and older, and I found myself constantly raising my eyebrows to compensate, which created additional cosmetic concerns. Even though I love to read, I often could not enjoy it after work because my vision was so strained. After surgery, the improvement has been remarkable. I am back to reading for hours each day, including at night, and I feel like I look noticeably refreshed and more youthful. I had a ptosis repair along with upper and lower blepharoplasty, and I am very happy with the results. Equally important, Dr. Heringer is genuinely kind and attentive. When I had questions after surgery, he responded promptly, answered everything thoroughly, and was consistently pleasant and reassuring. I was willing to overlook their rushed patient care…read moreand condescending physician, but when I received a notification alerting me I owed $1075 for a plastic wrist race when I was told in office it would cost me $93 which I paid in office, I couldn't neglect leaving this review. Upon calling to inquire about this bill, they explained the amount I was quoted in the office was an estimate and would have been the cost on my insurance if my deductible have been met. However, when sharing the anticipated cost with me in the office, there was no mention of a deductible and the potential for the cost to be nine times what I was charged. They cited fine print on my receipt that mentions cost could be different, but they certainly didn't make it a point to call that out when I paid the $93. I then asked what the cash price would be for the brace if I didn't have insurance, $400. Still ridiculous for the plastic brace that I had to gorilla glue the Velcro after just a few days of wear, but much better than $1075. However, they are unwilling to allow me to change my method from insurance to self-pay. Why charge an insurance company over double what a patient who has no insurance would pay? The lack of integrity and intentional misleading on cost should weigh heavily upon all staff involved. I suggest avoiding the headache that is this office and finding one that values patient care and honesty instead.

This place was clean professional friendly and super fast. My appointment was set for 9 am check in at 830 since I was a new patient. I got there early around 810 and I was seen and out the door in a total of 20 min. I'm so glad it was quick since I have a 3 month old with me and she was getting antsy. Dr was amazing took her time with me and I never felt rushed. I'm so glad I found this place I'm already recommending it to my friends :)
