He did not answer any of my question. He only agreed with my last surgeon and agreed to do the surgery. This was back in the beginning of March. From the very beginning I have asked what my insurance was going to cover. Everyone ignored me. I have tried ever since then to find out if I would have to pay anything out of pocket. Then 4 days prior to my surgery date he drops a $3,000 bill on me that he wants paid prior to my surgery. This doctor is more concerned with get lying paid than helping people who are injured and in pain. He is a poor excuse for a doctor or even a surgeon.

The radiology report, my primary care doctor, and the specialist doctor where I got a second opinion after her all said my MRI shows multiple things wrong with my neck and that the MRI matches my pain and other symptoms. I went here many years ago for a broken shoulder and the doctor I saw then was great. But this office is too big now and their front desk staff spend lots of time socializing with each other and ignoring patients who are waiting to check in. I had to wait a very long time in the waiting room and in the exam room.

My appointment was at 8:45 am and I arrived at 8:30 and was assisted at the reception desk immediately. Within about 5 minutes I was taken back for questions and then an X/ray. I was then moved to a room for the doctor and he came in pretty quickly. All of the staff were nice and friendly and I was walking out of the office by 8:57!! So my experience was nothing like the negative reviews of other people so maybe things have changed at this office. I would definitely recommend Dr Sidhu as a compassionate and qualified professional.

However -- But I cannot find a reasonable way to get through the phone system to make an appointment. I will have to get my GP to intervene for me, or I will have to go to their urgent care to get help. I probably need to get revisions on my hip replacements -- but it's like getting through to Oz to get any help, any answer on the phone.

I'm assuming he puts 10 patients at one time so he can fund her little side gig. Even though there are tons of patients who are being treated poorly, yet still being charged for these visits. Ice skating is not more important than people's lives and their health. I've never met such a poorly run office in my life. You can tell that everyone is miserable here and they take it all out on the patients who paying the money to keep the office running. The front desk was horrible, they won't help you in any way shape or form, so if you have any questions for the doctor, which you will likely have because he will only spend 2 to 3 minutes with you after waiting 1.5hrs and not explain anything he wants you to do. Then when you need your x-rays. sent to another doctor, they have no ability to do that without having to burn the a desk because their office is so technologically far behind. So you have to pay $10 for a for them to burn the images on it, which is , but Samantha, the woman who is going to help you with that treat you absolutely horribly first. She's interrupt almost every single sentence you begin with and when you ask her to please stop she's gonna become enraged and she's gonna continue to do it over and over and over again. And a 10 minute phone call is going to occur when all she needed to tell you was three sentences which would've taken about 30 seconds. All because she is so angry and so miserable and she's trying to put it patient on the phone. This entire office is just horrific. And I have heard people in other groups online who have had very bad surgeries from Dr. Zingas and had to go to other surgeons to fix his mistakes.

This is my backup location when Dr. Bookout knee specialist is here on certain days other than the Shelby Township one. I turned and twisted my right knee this time (April it was the left) and within 24 hours it was swollen with fluid. The receptionist here was kind enough to fit Me in on Thursday the 17th for My urgent visit. The check-in office staff is quick and efficient with ID and Medical cards of information. I also was glad to complete the text message online sign in and check in the morning of My appointment. Holly is always the nurse that will prepare and assist Dr. Bookout for the arthrocentesis painful procedure. Yes for Me and My nerves its uncomfortable even with a shot to numb. This visit this time was 4 months ago as with the left knee. He drained 100ml of synovial fluid which I was glad there was no infection. 3rd shot was of course cortisone to help the right side of my knee to recover in 4 days so I could return to Physical Therapy for hip and back injury. In conclusion, this office is clean, well organized with appointments, Ex-Ray machine down the hall for knees, hands, back, shoulders and other bone related injury or fractures. Most insurances are covered and check out is easy with Rita at the window who is efficient and pleasant to answer billing questions too. Hours are listed in the photo I attached. This office is located on Little Mack Ave. at 10 Mile Rd. There are several other Orthopedic Doctors that practice here in a highly professional and understanding medical practice way. Prior to…read morethe surgery,​ my pain was unrelenting, disturbing my sleep and significantly​​ impacted my quality of life negatively. The surgical care I received was excellent​. Immediately after surgery, the preoperative pain was gone (although there was postoperative​​ pain related to the surgery, it was only temporary). I went in for my 6 months​ follow up​ yesterday. The x rays showed complete fusion (healing) and on top of that, I continue to enjoy my pain-free​ status with excellent​ function. I love this guy, he's compassionate and caring. He talks to me like a regular person and has never made me feel like he was in a hurry. After surgery I had some issues, partly due to my having fibro and he was so patient with me. The office staff is very friendly. The only thing I could complain about is Dr Houseman's PA at Ascension Macomb. He's quite abrupt and cold. He would walk-in all high and mighty, no smile, just stand there and say "Ready to go home". Never bothering to ask how I was feeling, if everything was ok, just informing me that if I didn't go home after 3 days I'd have to go into a nursing home! (My dad had just died the week before in a nursing home) It would of been nice to know these things BEFORE surgery.
