I wanted to share a review of Dr. K and his staff. I went to their office in severe sciatic pain…read moreand having to stay in bed the majority each day. So, as you can see, I felt a dire need for someone to help me. Dr. K was one of the kindest, professionals I have ever met. He really listened and together we agreed on a surgical plan. His office coordinated with me to get all the necessary prior tests completed. His staff is really on top of their game everyday. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. So I felt confident in the process and choice I made. The surgery day came and it did take longer than expected. But the care was never changed, he worked hard on my back to complete a fusion of the 4-5 area. The recovery as he had stated takes some time and a will to get better. It has now been six months and yes I am glad to have had the procedure. I still have a ways to go to reach a one year mark. I am confident I will continue to improve. If you are nervous, worried or in pain, seek a consultation to get a definitive answer to what is happening. Dr. K spends whatever amount of time needed to explain and advise you of his recommendations. I do not believe I have ever had a physician this caring and personable as Dr. K is. And do not forget his PA Rachel and the rest of the staff. They will get you through the process. Thanks to all of you, Kathalyn (Kathy) P

My husband went to Dr. Khalil two years ago for a spinal fusion L1S4. After years of suffering pain…read moreand then nerve pain, he was fixed...100% fixed. Recovery took 6-8 weeks as expected but has been pain free since. During his recovery, I started experiencing hip pain. I learned is had a deteriorated SI (sacroiliac) joint. I treated it with steroid injections every 90 days for a year and a half which helped but never quite got me out of pain. We went back to Dr. Khalil and he was able to schedule me for a bilateral SI fusion where they bolt the two joint together from each side to avoid the unnecessary movement in the joint. Although fairly noninvasive, I was back to work in two weeks and now my pain is also 100% gone!!! Dr. Khalil is literally the best surgeon!!! We were both scared making surgery decisions and our only regret now is that we didn't do it sooner. His PA's are also amazing and helped with all our questions and help explain things in normal terms. If you are in pain, we would highly recommend him or at least consider him for a second opinion. He is not one to rush you into surgery which is hard to find these days but definitely the surgeon you want when the time comes!

Very upset by the treatment my Grandson received here yesterday, would not recommend. They did absolutely nothing. I would post a picture but it's far too graphic. I would rate them a ZERO if I could. During the appointment a second person came in and looked at his finger and told him maybe he'll be one of those people where the finger will grow back. Really? Then I guess we wouldn't need incompetent surgeons like those who my Grandson was referred to by the hospital.

I had both knees done (partial knee replacements) robotic surgery in different years & my knees feel unbelievably awesome. I just have to say I did my homework in finding the best Orthopaedic for my knees and when I met Dr. Alosh all I felt was this warm compassionate doctor/person that listened to my concerns and was well versed in his field. This meant the world to me. Thank you so very much to you Dr. Alosh and to all your incredible staff. You all ROCK!!! Laura Williams : )

My son broke a bone in his foot and it was extremely difficult to speak with a human to ask questions about his appointment. I waited on hold for 49 minutes and then the call dropped when they finally answered. Then they ended up needing to cancel his appointment and wanted to reschedule 3 days later. This can't happen for a broken bone. I am so frustrated. I decided to take him to an urgent care instead. I would ask that they go back to receptionists (humans) answering the phones. I'm sure the company saves a lot of money by using AI phone operators but it is a terrible way to keep customers satisfied.

Dr. Nowinski himself is a great Surgeon and did an awesome job repairing my shattered ankle over…read morethe Summer. His office staff however seem to be extremely incompetent and rude. I had changed phone numbers and updated the staff with this new information when I was scheduling a recheck appointment after my surgery. A month goes by and it is the day of my appointment. I drive all the way there only to find out they had cancelled my appointment three weeks prior because he was going to be out of town, yet they failed to properly notify me. They said they tried to call me, but got a message saying the line was no longer in service. After asking which number they tried calling it was apparent they never updated my records like I had thought. My immediate thought was "If they had cancelled the appointment three weeks ago and couldn't reach me by phone, why did they not send me a letter in the mail notifying me as well as asking me to update my contact info with them?" I asked this and the girl just looked at me dumbfounded and clueless. No apology what-so-ever for wasting my time, gas and most importantly my patience. Most recently I had another recheck scheduled (this time over two months in advance) and I missed the appointment. I do take some responsibility for this as I should have marked it in my calendar, but I am pretty irked that I didn't get a reminder phone call or even a call after I missed the appointment to make sure everything was okay. Any other doctors office I have ever gone to has always given a reminder call 24 or 48 hours prior. If not a live person then a recording which is just as good. When I called to reschedule I asked if they normally do reminder calls for appointments and the lady had this snotty tone to her voice and said no as if I had just asked her some kind of joke question. Like a "how dare you ask me" type thing. Okay then... - Bottom Line - Doctor = Awesome Staff = Poop
