They do muscle work as well as exercise and that is what really helped. I recommend OMPT to everyone I know that is looking for PT.

Deanna has structured therapy for the "whole" me, keeping in constant check to ensure no pain is experienced while doing the exercises. My trust in her care helps me try each exercise, without hesitation. Her goal is to help me improve my overall well-being. I am doing some things I never thought I could and as a result, am more confident in how I move and how I feel. My agility is coming back!
