My mom was admitted to the ER for a bad fall with broken bones. She was well taken care of the…read moreentire time and her nurse Derek was professional and attentive and took his time with her. We had questions and he had the answers. She definitely had top notch care in the ER. She was moved to ICU in the north building, and again she had top notch care with attentive and helpful nurses. The doctors that saw her were all very nice and explained what was going on and answered any questions we had. The north building is the newest addition to the hospital and the rooms are very nice. She then was discharged from ICU and moved to the ortho floor to await the insurance authorization for in patient therapy. The rooms are definitely older and not quite as nice. I didn't like that the couch and tray table felt sticky, probably from being cleaned so often. Her end of the bed was broken but it didn't affect anything as far as her care. She grew tired of the hospital food and at times some of it was cold. The food services department seemed to be well run and organized and everyone was pleasant and courteous. We liked that they came directly to the room on this particular floor to take her orders for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Housekeeping did a nice job of keeping her room clean. All in all, it was a decent stay for her. P.S. if you have the My Chart app on your phone, you receive the test results as soon as they're posted which is very helpful.

The radiology report, my primary care doctor, and the specialist doctor where I got a second opinion after her all said my MRI shows multiple things wrong with my neck and that the MRI matches my pain and other symptoms. I went here many years ago for a broken shoulder and the doctor I saw then was great. But this office is too big now and their front desk staff spend lots of time socializing with each other and ignoring patients who are waiting to check in. I had to wait a very long time in the waiting room and in the exam room.

My appointment was at 8:45 am and I arrived at 8:30 and was assisted at the reception desk immediately. Within about 5 minutes I was taken back for questions and then an X/ray. I was then moved to a room for the doctor and he came in pretty quickly. All of the staff were nice and friendly and I was walking out of the office by 8:57!! So my experience was nothing like the negative reviews of other people so maybe things have changed at this office. I would definitely recommend Dr Sidhu as a compassionate and qualified professional.

This particular building for review has a simple call ahead for your preferred day and time for any doctor required imaging test. The phone staff is polite and courtesy when scheduling. The hours of testing are early morning to late in afternoon up to early evening. This Medical Pavillion building has a welcoming lobby and waiting area. When checking with my referral, Insurance and ID card is less than 10 minute wait time. My yearly Mammogram and Bone Density tests are quick with a knowledgeable technican and 3D imaging machines as well. The women's area for changing with lockers, rest room and waiting room is welcoming, clean, and efficient with accommodations. I schedule My appointments in the morning so if it's at 9:00 AM, I am finished and ready to exit the building by 10:00 AM. Sometimes I am greeted by the same yearly technician which eases my mind. Recently, I had an MRI in December of 2021. All the Staff at this Henry Ford Radiology & Imaging department are courtesy, well trained and very professional and efficient at their Medical careers. I am proud to be a Henry Ford Patient and will continue here at Radiology & Imaging plus My three Henry Ford Medical Doctors at their office practice.

When I called to make my first appointment I was told, I believe by Cindy, that I would have to call my insurance company to find out if the evaluation would be covered. That was just lazy. Also the purpose of the office visit was for an evaluation. After the visit I left some evaluation forms with one of the office staff for the doctor to complete. After several calls and waiting 3 weeks Cindy told me that the doctor would not complete the forms. In my opinion either the doctor was never given the forms or he was too busy to write down his evaluation. In either case I shouldn't have been made to wait 3 weeks for an answer.
