A 10:30 appointment, we were called back at 11:25, then another wait to see the doc, .30 minutes. We left a 10:30 appointment at 12:45. This is very frustrating for someone who has to get to work and made time, and was on time for an appointment. Second, the forms were abundant and redundant. Then the intake person asked the same questions on the forms. Then the Dr. and the PA asked the same questions asked by the intake person and the original forms. Last, the Dr. was attentive, kind, caring and apologetic for the wait. My mom really liked him, and so did I. His bedside manner is top notch! He was able to help short term, while we wait until another appointment for hopefully a longer term solution. Hopefully his solutions will allow my mom to live a pain free life. TBD.

One of the worst clinics I have ever seen in 35 years of practice. These people claiming they are doctors and practitioners are nothing but a scam. They dictate what they want to do without asking the patient about their problems. After 21/2 hours waiting a doctor came yelling at the nurse why I was still sitting in the chair, my pants should be down, and lying on my face to get the injections he decided to give me without explanations.
