I feel comfortable talking with her and her staff about personal issues. I like how they offer water bottles in the waiting area. I always take one right away because I know they will want a urine sample. My biggest complaint is with the front office staff. They usually are pushing me to move my appointment up which is difficult considering I work full time and the office closes at five. Today I had an appointment and told the receptionist that I had moved and therefore had a new pharmacy. I gave her the information as well. I was then very surprised to find out that my birth control refill had been placed at the pharmacy I specifically said I was no longer using.

Honestly traumatized by this facility. It's very unfortunate however I feel rushed and lied to by…read morethe staff about the procedures (no pain/"return to work that day"/no prescription medication for severe symptoms) and disappointed with the lack of bedside manner. Major life things happen in a gyno office and I'd like to feel I can ask questions instead of feel rushed to leave or feel like you're rushing my procedure for your personal time...wtf. I understand that this is common practice of gynecology to doubt women's concerns and understanding of their own bodies however it needs to stop and it would be great if my doctor believed me when I told them something instead of ordering random tests. Would save the copays for seeing the other doctor for less than 3 minutes to be told I was actually right. In future I will be looking for a practice that actually understands and offers the right accommodations for pain that is experienced with the treatments and listens to me instead of thinks I'm being cheated on/sleeping around enough to order a second std test in the same month for what turned out to be (as I suspected) a scratch from my bfs fingernail I was unsure how to treat...so so disappointed. I know I am not the only one. What I'm looking for is a gyno that understands the practice is flawed and is working to make it better.

But unfortunately their kindness and attentiveness is not nearly enough when the office staff is as rude as they are. They have literally made me cry multiple times and even had the audacity to tell me it we okay for them to be rude to me because "I have been rude to them". How on earth is that appropriate or even tolerated?! Dianna and Marcia have been the most insensitive and harsh women I've ever come across in an office setting. They will cut you off when you're talking, leave you on long holds or even hang up on you, address you disrespectfully, and belittle you. How do such kind doctors allow their employees to be such cold hearted, unprofessional witches? Dealing with women who are pregnant especially you think they would be more kind and considerate based on what a women is going through but these women don't give two craps about you -- and with this behavior being tolerated, in my mind the doctors don't care about you either (read other reviews it's been many years!) I would highly advise you find a different doctor instead of wasting your time, money, and energy here. They will stress you out and it's not worth it for you or your baby. While I had a few complications during pregnancy, it was reassuring to know that Dr K, Dr Corsi and Dr Helmick would help stick closely to my birth plan. I was also glad to get to know the staff that works there as they were very caring (even when I got sick in the office) and now every time me and my baby come to visit, it's like seeing family!

Dr. K called her back a few hours later at which point they chatted for 5 minutes (I have the phone record)... a month later we get a bill for close to $100 for a 'teledoc' appointment which was never disclosed or communicated in any way. There was no appointment, no follow-up, no action taken... just a returned phone call. Heaven forbid a patient call the office for a routine question. When we called to try and work through the issue with the staff we were stonewalled. Their bottom-line seems far more important to this group than actual patient care. Look elsewhere.
