Hi let me start off by saying this is the worst Dental office to go to. I got a dental implant…read morefront bottom tooth the implant not crown broke off after two years. I moved to Vegas. I tried to reach Dr Zang and soon found out he moved to San Diego after getting my implant in his Anhiem office. Let me tell you about my nightmare. I went back and fourth driving taking my own time off of work. Using my own gas renting a car and also getting a room having faith that the doctor would fix my tooth. Instead the doctor took the broken implant and tried to raise up a broken implant now I didn't think about it at the moment until I went to see a real specialist. The implant was so infused in the bone I'm sure he messed up my jaw. Think of putting a nail in cement?? What happens when you pull out the nail? The cement ripples and breaks. The doctor soon put in an all metal Victoria bride which he made me pay for 340$ which I was so thrilled about having teeth in the front of my mouth that o didn't mind honestly it took forever for anyone to even get back to me. Then soon after I went home to vegas to find out that the tooth wasn't stable and after two weeks the implant completely fell off. After suffering and much wasted time and calling and calling the office no one cares to get back to me. Dr Zang finally after weeks (thank for I had my old flipper) and gums were missing under it so it looked so bad. Dr Zang wanted to finally give me the bridge I had asked for but I said I wanted a refund. After waiting and asking for 2000$ which is fair because the bridge was 2500$ and everything I had paid for with Zang was 1740$ plus I have this implant stuck in the front of my teeth and I have to pay more because of Dr Zang a crooked work. He sent me a check in the mail for 1600$ Not even a full refund! My best advice. Don't go to a cheap doctor go to an better one then this one. I'm so upset so much time and money has been wasted it was such a nightmare. This is such an injustice case. I can't believe how ripped off I got and this doctor didn't even pay for my expenses or pay to fix the damaged he has caused. Not only did I get ripped off with money but now I have a an implant in my front lower jaw and I had to shave down two perfectly healthy teeth to create a bridge so there wouldn't be a huge gap below just to fix a problem. PLEASE pay a little extra go to another doctor.

I was in pain and Marcy was able to get me in right away. Dr. Krueger patiently walked me through what he would do to fix the issue. He was very careful , as fixing a bite can be very tricky. He was honest and told me there was no reason to have that crown replaced. He and Marcy were so very kind. I appreciate there honesty and their expertise. I will continue to recommend Dr. Krueger. The office is very clean/organized and comfortable.

Layton Dental has now merged with Dr. LeFebvre and they are known as San Dieguito Dental Group…read more Dr. Layton is the best dentist I have ever been to, and as much as I don't like going to the dentist, this is as good as it gets. My knees don't shake when I think of going in to see Dr. Layton. Today was clean the teeth day, and Josie was my hygienist. She is extremely pleasant and her consersation is interesting and light and doesn't demand too much participation from the patient (because after all, her hands are in my mouth!). The cleaning was quick and painless. There is a new laser treatment I had never heard of so she did the 2 minute treatment for $35. As the lasers are very expensive, the price seems very reasonable, considering the capital expenditure. The laser treatment consists of running a very tiny low level laser just under the gum line. It kills bacteria and keeps it from growing as fast. It is painless and quick. Dr. Layton came in at the end, cheerful and smiling as usual, he is just the best. He did a quick once over of my mouth, said there was nothing needed at this time.... except that I hate flossing and have to get over it.. .. and bid me adieu. Lots of stars for you guys. You rock.

That's right, the good ole Yellow Pages. I liked their add and gave them a call. They could tell how nervous I was when I called and got me in same day. After evaluating me, they suggested vaneers. I actually started crying. I was so nervous. Lots of my friends had vaneers and their gums were black around them or they were way too white compared to their other teeth and stood out. Dr. Baha assured me that he did the best work and used the best materials and not to worry! I scheduled the appointment and got my vaneers. He colored matched my teeth perfectly! He took me outside to look in natural lighting and also looked from every otter lighting possibility. I was absolutely amazed and in love with my new teeth! People couldn't even tell I had vaneers. I've referred tons of people to Millennium Dental and all have been just as stoked as I am with the quality and service. Fast forward about 12 years. I was stupid and bit right into a Laffy Taffy and cracked my vaneers. Yikes! First of all I am stupid for doing that, but second of all, I can't believe these suckers were done so well they lasted me this long! Anyway, I called Dr. Baha and got scheduled for new vaneers. Today was the day! This set looks even more amazing than the first! I'm so thrilled! Dr. Baha and staff are amazing! I'm so glad I found them all these years ago! Hopefully he stays in practice another 13 years!

I was looking on Yelp for a good dentist and Dr. Zin didn't have many reviews, but she definitely deserves to have more! My coworker had recommended Dr. Zin and how much she liked her, so I decided to just take a chance. Dr. Zin has the best bedside manner, and she didn't make me feel bad at all about not being to the dentist in so long. I've seen her twice already for a deep cleaning and a few fillings and both appointments went well. She would check on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I don't think anyone actually LIKES coming to the dentist (just like going to the doctor's, no matter how much you may like your doctor) but I certainly don't dread going to the dentist like I used to. I feel like Dr. Zin is honest and compassionate so I couldn't ask for more :)

I had to leave a voice message. One week later, a person from Dr Zin's office called to say they couldn't find my records. With some jiggling of names, my records were found. This person did not listen to my question, but proceeded to tell me all the errors of my story ( the date of the procedure, the cost, etc.). And yes, they were my errors. I could see I wasn't getting closer to speaking to Dr Zin, so we disconnected. I felt frustrated. When I called back, I took the time to explain to the person that she would help Dr Zin by helping me, but she didn't accept this and hung up on me. I'm sure my frustration was evident in my voice, so the person must have felt upset too. I will go to another dentist to fix the problem and add this day to my vast repository of experiences. Poor Dr Zin! She missed a service recovery opportunity because a staff person was bothered by a patient phone call. It seems that a dentist would want to keep patients since each represents a lifetime of dental work -- and lots of good will.
