He always takes the time to explain every test in detail, what the results mean, and what comes next. Even during periods of uncertainty, he consistently gave me peace of mind. I never once felt rushed, and I always felt safe, heard, and supported. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, he's honestly just a really cool, down-to-earth human being who truly cares about his patients' well being. His staff is equally amazing. Daria at the front desk is always kind, patient, and welcoming. And when I was dealing with issues from my insurance (not the office), Kateryna went above and beyond to help me navigate the appeals process. Their compassion and professionalism make a huge difference. Overall, visits here never feel stressful. I actually enjoy coming in, which is not something I can say about most medical appointments. Dr. Benjamin and his team are exceptional, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care I've received. Highly recommend.

Doctor Benjamin took his time to explain all details of the procedure, answer all questions to make sure we were informed . Care quality 10 or of 10. I loved my experience there, Not even mentioned that office itself has world class interior design.

I just left this eye provider, and I'm honestly furious and heartbroken over how I was treated…read more I've never walked out of a doctor's office feeling this dismissed, unheard, and disrespected. When the doctor finally called me, he barely acknowledged me and just said, "have a seat in a room,". No "hi, hello or how are you" An assistant came in after a while -- and honestly, she was the only bright spot of the whole experience. She was kind, personable, and actually made me feel human. But after that, I got moved into ANOTHER small waiting area that was dark -- no lights on, just the hallway lighting -- and I could hear staff yelling back and forth, even discussing patient information out loud. Just not what I have experienced at normal offices. When the doctor finally called me again, he didn't even bother showing me where to go. He just looked at me, said nothing, and when I smiled and said hello, he replied with, "yeah, go there." Once in the room, he asked how I was doing, and when I said "good and yourself," he actually said, "obviously not, you're here -- what's wrong?" The tone was rude and completely unnecessary. He spent maybe two minutes total looking at my eyes. Then he said, "you have this in one eye and it's showing in the other," and that was basically it. No explanation, no education, no time to ask questions. Just a simple "what else do you want me to do" I had to pull information out of him just to understand what he was even talking about. It honestly felt like he couldn't have cared less about being there. And the part that really set me off -- while I was talking, he pulled out his phone. Not to look something up, not to show me anything -- just on his phone, like he was texting, saying "yeah" as I was speaking. It was beyond disrespectful. I came here worried about my eyes, looking for answers and reassurance. Instead, I was rushed, dismissed, and made to feel like an inconvenience. I left more anxious than when I arrived. No patient deserves to be treated this way -- especially when they're coming in vulnerable and trusting someone with their health.

My friend had SMILE done by Dr. Lee about 9 months before I began diving seriously into the procedures. I met with 2 other clinics, but ultimately chose CCRS because of the fact that my fiance and I met with Dr. Lee during the consultation itself. He stayed with us for almost an hour to walk me through my options and his recommendations. He appeared to be intelligent, empathic, humorous, and above all, he was straight with me. Other clinics with a dedicated marketing operations team are a lot more sales-y, so I felt more comfortable with Dr. Lee, and all my appointments have been so streamlined and efficient. I was a good candidate for either SMILE or LASIK, but based on my preferences for longevity, I went with LASIK. Paperwork and pre-procedure instructions were sent to me in advance, and overall I think it went smoothly! I wasn't bothered at all by the lasers as I knew what to expect. I'm currently on days 5-6 of recovery and will be seeing Dr. Lee in another follow-up appointment next week. My vision continues to fluctuate a bit but that's a normal part of healing. My fiance is also interested in getting his refractive surgery done by Dr. Lee, and I recommended a family friend to him recently too. CCRS has free parking onsite, located nearby excellent Korean food, and facilities are super clean. Staff are friendly and highly efficient. So far, I'm happy with my results, which I hope will continue to improve.

My Rx was very…read morehigh at the time, legally blind perhaps, and after the first Lasik surgery I had 20/20 vision after a couple days of rest. However, a couple years later, one of my eye regressed very quickly to a point where I couldn't see clearly driving (pretty much driving reliant on my one good eye). So I decided to return for a 2nd lasik procedure. The first time I didn't feel any pain and thought it was a very fast procedure. The 2nd time, however, there were pain and I was actually squirming trying to hold off the pain. Procedure went well for another couple years. Fast forward to today, the vision in one eye is very bad while the other eye is slowly regressing, no longer 20/20. I know I had bad astigmatism but I was under the assumption that it would at least last many years before it regressed again. My questions are , do you guys offer free post touch-up laser surgery? I would love to get a fix or and adjustment. I work night shift and it's making it very hard to drive at night, especially with the halos and headlights. My 2nd question, do you recommend any other procedures besides Lasik for a permanent fix? I feel like a 3rd lasik procedure would be risky and cause too many side effects.
