Unfortunately, once we were directed to another sales associate, we were not met with the same level of hospitality. My mom was interested in a pair of shoes and asked the associate, a shorter woman with straight dark hair, if she could try them on. The associate acted very cold and seemed uninterested in helping my mother, even going so far as to walk away without a word while my mom tried on the shoes. When my mother asked if she could size down, the worker made no effort to hide her annoyance. My mother is not a native speaker, and at some points the associate seemed to judge her for it (as well as her appearance). Eventually I sought out the same man who had directed us to her. Though he was very helpful and supportive, still, we felt very uncomfortable from the experience and could not bear to purchase anything, let alone remain in the store for a minute longer. I'm including an extra star for the other employees who were kind enough to assist us, but some people really need to understand that this type of service repels customers.

Since it was a holiday where I couldn't use electronics/couldn't purchase items by card, they were able to keep my information and charged me "manually." I received the shoes in the mail with its dust bag and everything within the next few days. Highly recommend a visit!

The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation. I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in. They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with.
