I started calling around to alternative septic companies and had a lot of trouble getting calls returned or a commitment to perform. I had worked down the list of septic designers in Kitsap County with no satisfaction until I hit the "N's". When I dialed Nuckels construction, there was no voice mail or stonewalling. Holly Nuckels answered the phone and immediately instilled confidence with a line of questioning and suggestions that demonstrated a profound understanding of septic technology and process. She promised to take on my project immediately and see everything through to completion. She and Brent were on site within a day and all my cares and worries evaporated! They cleared the existing failed field to a degree that held us through the permitting and construction arc. This was a complex, extensive replacement that including rehoming the entire drain field.
