We had out home power washed and windows cleaned after fires that came very close to our home…read more Before the fire, we sprayed a fire gel to protect the home and the gel made such a mess particularly on the windows. Michael and Lauren did such an amazing job with the clean-up. They had to go over the windows four or five times using different removal techniques before they were clean. They were so patient, diligent and persevering and the end result is that the windows are perfectly clean. If I could give more stars, I would! They are literally the best. In the past, when we've had our windows cleaned, it is such a messy proposition but they were so neat and tidy. We will be having them back to clean our solar panels and every year when we need our windows washed.

I highly recommend this window cleaning company! As a realtor, I needed someone last minute to help…read moreget a property ready for a listing, and they came through right away. When they arrived, there was an unexpected scheduling conflict with the stagers. Instead of complaining or making it difficult, they were incredibly understanding and simply suggested coming back later that day. They were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how comfortable I felt having them in the home without us being there. They kept us updated with a play by play throughout the day, and when they finished, they made sure everything was locked up and secure. Professional, reliable, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy window cleaning service!

In previous years we were happy using and referring Eddie and his crew, however things have…read morechanged. He met my husband at a house where we wanted post construction interior cleaning and the windows cleaned. He said they are no longer doing cleaning other than windows. He made no mention at this time that he was booked through the end of June. Most companies would let you know this when first contacting them. In addition to this, we referred him to a real estate agent colleague who had him clean a client's house at the beginning of the year and Eddie went crazy when they paid him the day after the job rather than the day of. All other tradespeople are fine being paid the following day in this type of situation.

Their window cleaner was polite and nice. But while cleaning a window in the pantry knocked the…read morefaucet on and flooded the area. Fortunately, I water leak detection alarm signaled the problem and we were able to shut off the water before more damage was done. For whatever reason, the worker left the job before completing significant parts of the job (I imagine because he realized his error and wanted to escape). The owner slowly and begrudgingly took responsibility for the water damage and feigned ignorance about his worker not completing the job. In the end, the water damage in the pantry was minimal. There was some paint damage and separation of the marble from woodwork. But we paid for the complete job, which was never completed. The owner repeatedly demanded payment while we were dealing with assessing the damage caused by his worker and the running faucet. In the end, we paid full price and half of our upstairs windows never received cleaning and were left getting maintenance for the damage to the pantry dishwasher that was flooded by their worker. Look elsewhere.
