Will was incredibly responsive and helpful in educating us on the new tank/unit for our home. The quality of his work is visible in the care he took of our home, and setting up our new softener to last decades. He left everything even better than he found it! The best part? I work from home and was in meetings all morning/afternoon, and I had no idea he was even here. He was quick, efficient, and didn't try to oversell by taking us to the cleaners. WE LOVE JOE! We'd previously worked with him when he was at another company, and he helped us set…read moreup a water treatment for us for our well water. As first time homeowners, we were a bit out of our depth (pun not intended) with water treatment in general, and he helped us feel confident about what we needed and make informed decisions throughout. He is extremely personable, friendly, communicative, and efficient. We've had a small hiccup with one of our systems that caused a harmless but annoying smell with our water, and he came back several times without a single complaint to see it through, not giving up until the problem was solved. Worth EVERY penny. WE LOVE YOU JOE!

Initially, I had a very old UV set-up and had reached out to a few companies, but nobody was getting back to me after I sent pictures of the unit. Pure Bliss was the only one who got back to me and explained that the unit was too old to service, but if I was interested in replacing it, that they could do that. They were the only ones to offer a solution. I have since installed a new unit and an additional filter and my water is great. Aidan installed the new filter and did an excellent job - making the whole system very organized and functional. He is super professional and friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. They came out right away, ran all the necessary tests, and gave us a ton of useful information. They really took their time helping us work through a situation that was pretty foreign to us, being that neither of us previously had a well, as opposed to water provided by the city/town. Timeliness was a concern because we couldn't move into the house without a water treatment system in place. Leighton's was very accommodating and didn't shy away from scheduling work on a holiday weekend. Subsequent service calls have also been great, and the staff was not resistant to our observing and probing questions, which were clearly intended to help us handle some future routine maintenance ourselves. We have recommended Leighton's to several people we know.
