I needed a water system (e coli and lead in the well water) and found these guys. Wow! Polite, efficient, fully transparent with costs and expectations. I couldn't be happier! Did I mention friendly? Will's assistant, Chris, came back with the delivery of salt I'd ordered. He was so kind to also pick up my new (large) toaster oven and put it on the counter for me. I read the other reviews that said some very nice things about Will and judging from my short experience, I would say they are probably all true. I did not use this water company because the timing worked out better with another contractor, but I will say, I was impressed with the man's knowledge. He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, which was really helpful. And fact that he picked up the phone on the 4th of July was awesome from a customer's perspective. We had some initial mix ups, mostly my fault. Will came, got it done and made my water much less stinky and much more safe feeling. He was true to his original pricing. Will gave good and thorough explanations, but I REALLY wish I had that all in writing bc I started to forget as soon as he walked out the door. Now, my system purges at 10pm, and I get the stinky "eggs water" and I can't remember how to change it! Will is a stand up guy, he's personable, knows his stuff ( I know bc I ask a LOT of questions and listen carefully to the answers), has patience (I know bc...questions, remember?), takes the "extra steps" he should, and left me feeling like I was better off than before I met him. read more

Was having an issue with my older water softener. Called Will at Ideal Water due to his excellent reviews. He responded fairly quickly, and he actually guided me through some troubleshooting steps and I was able to fix it myself (cleaned Venturi unit). A few hours later it is working. Will is patient and I believe trustworthy. In the future I will definitely use them to replace the unit when the time comes. Fantastic experience! When our water (and laundry and hair...) started smelling like rotten eggs, we found out we had a lot of sulfur in the well. One company quoted us $2,100 to fix it. Another quoted $1,800 and then didn't show up. Will from Ideal Water was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Thank the Lord I researched and found Will who came within days of moving in and replaced a VERY old system with his IDEAL softener. Had a little shut down during power outage, called and spoke to his father who extended himself to us assuring we would be with water shortly, connected us to a trusting source, just to assess; this was extraordinary service.
