Plus, they ate my last banana! Nerve! See photo. 11/1/21Unfortunately, I have given this company three tries and as they say in baseball, three strikes and you're out. Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. My black sweater shows the dust remaining on my refrigerator etc.

The house was a MESS and they did such an amazing job even with moving boxes piled up everywhere. I am so impressed I'll be getting them for bi weekly. Thank you Ademir and crew for saving my sanity. He was great in listening to our concern and said he'll come over on the same day despite it being a weekend (Saturday). The whole process was very professional and pleasant. We got a sms that notifies us that he's coming over along with his picture so we could identify him! He wore a mask and very courteous. Able to pinpoint the issue very quickly. He helped us call the Georgia Power company as well to report the issue with the power voltage fluctuations. Overall, everything was handled very quickly and he gave us some advice on handling the electrical appliances while we wait for Georgia Power Company to come over and fix the issue for us. We definitely recommend The A-Team for everyone! And we'll be a repeat customer in the future as well if we have issues. Great, prompt and very professional service all around!! Definitely A-Team! Thanks again Matt for all the help!

PLEASE listen to the bad reviews - they are 100% accurate…read more I used Neal 10 years ago, and back then, his service was great. I even recommended him to family and friends. But now? His work has completely gone downhill, and he clearly has major issues finishing jobs. Most recently, he scammed me out of $470. He promised to order my logs, and weeks later--nothing. First, it was a bunch of excuses, and now he has completely vanished. Worse? He blocked all my phone numbers. There is something seriously wrong here. It's clear he is using customers' money for something else because this pattern of delays, excuses, and disappearing acts is constant. DO NOT pay him upfront. DO NOT hire him. If you ignore this warning, expect to get ripped off. To make matters worse, he also did logs for my friends (who I had originally recommended him to), and they arrived broken. He promised to replace them under warranty. That was almost a year ago. Still nothing. Save yourself the headache and money--hire someone else.

In response to Michael's comment, the other cleaning service, The Cleaning Authority, did a deep…read moreclean as well. It took them half the time and half the cost, and they did a better job. Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time. I read the reviews on yelp before I used Regal Maids service. All of them were fantastic. However, my experience was not. Which is why I wrote a review. If other people disagree, they are more than allowed to. People form their own opinions about everything. And like Michael said "The reviews can speak for themselves." However, my experience was terrible and I found a different cleaning company who did a better job in half the amount of time and for half the price. I think people should know that, which is the only reason I wrote a review.
