I was looking for a repair or a replacement. Sarit Cohen was extremely helpful in contacting Hunter Douglas and it ended with the company not only replacing my broken shade but by replacing the other two as well. (Hunter Douglas wanted them all to match.) Sarit was a great intermediary between the company and me. This took a bit of time. All went well. At the conclusion I wanted to pay the fee for her services. She said there was no charge. I said I should pay her for her time and effort. She graciously refused. To add to it I had to call her when the blinds arrived for an installer recommendation. The installer was wonderful as well. So here is my long Yelp review praising Country Carpet, Hunter Douglas, the installer and especially Sarit!
