I'm disappointed. I had brought my vehicles to Sterling Car Care for years and had recommended them to several friends. A few months ago, a friend of mine told me that she brought her vehicle to Sterling Car Care and it took three trips for the issue to be completely repaired. I had always had positive experiences with Sterling Car Care so I thought maybe she had exaggerated. Then I had the same experience. My vehicle had an oil leak. I brought the vehicle to Sterling Car Care several times. Several tests were performed. The vehicle was consistently losing about a quart of oil every 6 months so it wasn't too bad, just annoying. Then I sold the vehicle to a friend's daughter. My friend and his daughter were both aware of the oil leak when they bought the vehicle. They took it to a friend who simply replaced the seal and the oil leak was repaired. I spent $100s of dollars at Sterling Car Care for this issue. I'm not sure if this means they were overcharging me or their technicians were incapable of finding and repairing a simple issue. Neither speaks well of them. I no longer recommend them. read more

Was there earlier this year to replace back brakes on a nissan altima. Outrageous pricing for what was a simple brake job $1200 but the mechanic did not change the calipers or brake hoses which resulted in the brakes grinding and locking up ruining the new pads/rotors i just paid them for. When I returned with it, they said they'd replace the pads/rotors for free as part of parts warranty, but wanted another $500 more to replace them again. I declined because I knew i got ripped off with this poor service experience. The blue book on this car was $300-400 max. Absolutely outrageous pricing was quoted $1350 for front pads and rotors and rear pads on a 2017 f-150 absolutely unacceptable pricing and can't imagine a more complex fix or service please pick any local mechanic over this garbage read more

DONT GO HERE!!! We went to have oil changed, but they actually emptied the transmission fluid and overfilled the oil..car started smoking and stalled when pulling it around...the CAR IS UNDRIVABLE NOW..so the workers dropped my husband off at home and we are stranded without a vehicle..no manager was available and no after hrs number to call...ohhh and we still paid for the oil change and tire rotation.... what a joke.. .Thanks a bunch! read more

Our car broke down & it was towed in. Entire staff so helpful & nice. They let us stay in lobby with all our bags & as they locked up - another car pulled in with flat tire. Service man stayed after hours to help with fix tire. Wonderful Staff! read more

5 stars. Glen and his team impressed me with their honesty, effective communication, and general knowledge. I brought my used truck in for a full inspection, having a pretty good idea what it needed. I felt no pressure to needlessly replace additional components and I felt I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I was also given accurate pricing before committing to any work being done. This is where my future repairs will be taken, even though it is a farther drive. read more

Costed me thousands of dollars in damages because they do not know how to replace simple u-joint's. My Truck limped back to the Dodge dealer and they said whoever put the u-joints in destroyed the driveshaft to the point that it needs to be replaced because it's unsafe for the road. I took Mike Parrott to small claims court and he completely lied to the judge but that won't stop me from going after his license. I still have all of my evidence and really wish I could post pictures on here. I hope this reaches someone and saves them form the costly repairs read more

Didn't get the work done there, nothing but excuses for the change in price After I complained they lowered the price to $ 390 still didn't get the work done there. Scheduling online is not a tool someone should use, especially when it is not used properly. I scheduled online twice and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told I missed my appointment, even after showing the confirmation email with my time. The first time they had me reschedule. The 2nd time, the service person reluctantly allowed me to keep my appointment after telling me that someone else had my timeframe. He even asked if I made the appointment via telephone. No apologies! I guess I was lucky I was able to keep the appointment that I made. I think I will try somewhere where customer service is a priority, not a 2nd thought. read more

Nice folks and the price of the cost was less than my car repair app said it should be.

They installed new tires on my wife's Malibu at a competitive price to the big tire shops and split the cost of the alignment because of a previous misunderstanding.
