I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.

He was friendly. I told him what my brother said about the car. My brother is a retired mechanic. He told me that the car needed shocks, struts, wheel rotation and alignment. Mike called after the inspection and told me I needed $6200 worth of work! The car is a 2011. That's more than the car is worth and I told Mike that. I explained that I didn't have that kind of money and needed to keep it under $2000. He said ok and refigured it so he was only doing what I had asked and said he would bring it in way under what he had quoted me in July which was $1890, like in the neighborhood of $1818. His words, not mine. When I picked up my car I scanned the receipt. I didn't see that he didn't do the wheel rotation or alignment! It came in JUST under the quote BUT he hadn't done all that he quoted me and AGREED to the day before! So FIRST he tried to RIP ME OFF FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY and then he didn't do the work that he had agreed to! I don't know.
