The techs spent the needed time to inflate, deflate and rotate the tire on the rim multiple times to ensure the tire was CENTRIC balanced within the request weight (under the national standard weight allowance). 99% of service shops of any brand will not expend the effort to fullfill my specific request. Also included was a specfic inflation for all tires and a once over to see of any additonal issue were obvious onnce the car was lifted in the air. The techs also used a torque wrench to ensure the tires were properly torqued to the manufactures required setring of 76lbs. Most facilities use an impact gun with a color coded extension on the impact gun to remount the tires to the vehicke. Highly recommend!!!

This is the 3rd time we have went there and each time our vehicles have been messed with when they are and we're all brand new vehicles. We drove in and were immediately greeted. They gave us a quick rundown of the couple of basic options. We chose and off they went. A couple of guys ran through a checklist of things and showed us even some of the more visual aspects like how one of the engine filters was looking. In less than ten minutes, they gave us the go ahead and we paid with a credit card quickly.
