Stephens Pizzeria has really good pizza. It is located at the end of a shopping center. When you enter the restaurant, the counter is immediately in front of you. There are booths on the right side and a tables through a door on the left. You place your order when you enter and find a table. They bring the pizza to your table. The servers were nice but could have been more attentive. The food was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. The crust was just right with a good crunch. The cheese was good, and the tomato sauce was really good. The flavor was really good overall. The ambiance was relaxed and casual. Overall, I rate it an 8/10. The ambiance is typical small-town pizza parlor and is always friendly. I've always had pleasant service there. They have delicious pizza. Their Philly cheesesteak pizza is sooooo amazing! First off, I was torn between giving this place a 3 star to 4 star review. The menu prices online were incorrect to what I was charged after pick up. It was more than what was posted online. The pizza was fantastic and so were the wings but I paid more for less. Normally you get 10 wings for $11 but I received 8. Now that price would be fine if it was still the $9 price that I saw. Pizza was a few dollars more aswell. Total for my pizza and wings was $40. I'll come back but not as much until it's more transparent on how they run the place with pricing. Advice fix it as soon as possible. read more

Absolutely must visit! This place has the best pizza, subs, and sauces. You must try garlic butter sauce. I eat A LOT of pizza. As a result, I have tried a lot of garlic butter sauce at various pizza places, mostly chain restaurants. The sauce at Stephen's is a garlic herb butter sauce. Oh so creamy and good and not overpowering. I asked for light sauce on my pizza so don't let the picture lead you to believe this pizza was dry. Ordered food to go. We both got two sandwinches with chips. Order came out in a tied bag so I couldn't check the order. Once I got home, one out of two sandwiches were wrong and forgot both bags of chips. Food tastes fresh but employees need major help. read more

I've visited a few times, the pizza always taste great. The service is good but on multiple occasions our pizza has been delayed due to being burnt, the staff have offered us free dessert every time it happens which is not necessary but nice. It's a great little place to grab food where there's no loud music so you can easily have conversations with whoever you visit with. Definitely worth a try! read more

The girl at the counter blankly stared at me when I asked her a question, and the "kids" in the back were yelling about personal topics and being rowdy and loud. I had to take my pizza to go because it took 30 min after my family had already eaten. This pizzeria is great, but the owner ought to know his/her staff is poor quality. Very little customer service. A stressful experience to say the least because I had to ask 2 times after 20 minutes (when we were the only customers except for one takeout order). Well the 1st time I went there I had an Italian sub that was high quality and delicious...I gave them 5 stars and couldn't wait to get back, the next time I got the same thing..it was ok but not near as good. Then I tried a pizza..not bad but not great. So the last time I went I got a calzone...limp and full of sauce..pretty sure calzones don't come with sauce in it..it's on the side. Really good cheese on these pizzas. Never expected to find such a quality place in Tennessee.

My dining partner and I ran over here during a lunch break. It's at the end of an industrial looking strip mall, but their sign is readily visible. You won't have any trouble finding it. There even is enough parking. It is small inside, with only four booths and two small tables near the counter. They have expanded to the side though, and doubled the seating capacity. Only the two small tables experience any traffic, so you mostly don't need to worry about people walking by while you're eating. It's set up very well. Also, their inspection score was a 99, and it certainly looked clean inside. I tried their Italian chicken Philly cheese hoagie. Although it was a little smaller than I expected, it was certainly fresh, with a good amount of chicken. I didn't really detect much Italian spice on the chicken as there was a lot of sauce included. It wasn't too messy but I think it overpowered the seasoning on the chicken. I was full when finished, so the sandwich is more filling than it initially looked. My dining partner tried the two slice pizza special. It included three toppings and a drink. The crust was good and the toppings were fresh. The slices were large and made for a good lunch. The staff is friendly and you can see your food being prepared. I will certainly be back to try more from their menu. read more

Today was my first time here and I'm so pleased! My boyfriend and I ordered a carry out meal, a 16" Xtra large pizza with mushrooms and spinach. When we arrived they told us they had made it a bit too well done, so they had placed another pizza in the oven for us. It only took a few moments more of waiting. Most places would've just boxed up a burnt pizza and carried on their day, they noticed their mistake and corrected it beforehand. I'm so pleased with the service here! Used to be the best pizza in the area. I would go here at least once a week. Now they don't care. Don't waste your money on toppings, they don't add them. You'll get a cheese pizza with what looks like a few toppings accidentally dropped on. I got a large chicken and extra mushroom pie, opened it up (in the store) and counted 6 mushrooms and obviously no chicken. The cashier said the toppings were under the cheese. Got home and immediately learned there was nothing under the cheese. $28 for a cheese pizza. read more

I had a very long wait, but am still doing 5 stars because the flavor was so good. Highly recommend the chicken pesto pizza!
