When you crave a Rocky's pizza or ham sandwich, absolutely nothing else will do. Also, I don't know why their ranch is so good, but it's absolutely phenomenal. Most people do takeout and you don't necessarily go for the ambiance. Service and food are always consistently good. read more

Excellent pizza great customer service. Favorite pizza in and around Jonesborough and JC

I mean, some of my friends love it here, so I'm an occasional customer. It makes sense that two of them don't even eat pizza, but come for the salads. I usually get a meatball sandwich, and it's decent, but not worth coming on my own. It's kind of a local institution where folks seem to enjoy out of nostalgia or loyalty. There are so many great pizza places here, in my opinion, that it's hard to compare. That said, it's small, locally owned, and the service is always friendly. read more

Best pizza in Jonesborough!! Top notch, quality toppings. Add cheese! I wish they offered feta :( more of a take out place, although they do have some seating. read more

Good food, reasonable prices, clean eating area, friendly people. We dine inside mostly.

I've tried both the Greeneville Rocky's and this one. greeneville's hours aren't conducive to my dinner plans, so I sometimes drive to J'borough for Rocky's spaghetti. It's the same, great taste, although this location doesn't cut up the meatballs. I don't know if I like that, since it treats me like an adult, or whether I don't like it, since I can just dig in and start devouring the food. read more

Stopped in today for first time and i had individual pizza and it was great! Wife had meatball sub and loved it too. Great customer service and awesome food. read more

Pizza was great, I wanted a ceaser salad but they did not have ceasar dressing other than that is was great

Rockys is my favorite pizza!! No matter the kind Especially in Jonesborough it's the best.

The customer service is the best. Great food. Everything I've ever eaten has been delicious . I highly recommend this place.

My go to for pizza, salad, and wings. I've been eating Rocky's for years now. Always good and fresh. The ranch dressing/dipping sauce is perfect, homemade, and delicious. The sandwiches are good, the spaghetti has a little spice to it but it's good as well. The meatballs are huge and you can order them alone or with the spaghetti. Very nice staff. Can't go wrong here. read more

Service with carry out is excellent. Their pizza is delicious! And i am picky about my pizza. Not sure about the ambiance since my husband has always been the one picking up our order. read more

Ordered cheese pizza and cheesy bread. Hubby loved cheesy bread. Pizza was ok as I'm getting use to not great pizza here in NE TN. Staff were very friendly. read more

Really good pizza . Really good salad . Not tried the sandwiches yet but i will eventually. Just wish we had a Rocky's closer to where i live so i could eat there more often . I rated it five star because it is the best around in the Tri City area read more

Love Rocky's pizza and chef salads. The reason for only three stars is because they were the only place that delivered to us, but because they can't retain delivery drivers they now do not. We used them for a lot of our family gatherings, but now we can't. read more

Every time I eat their pizza, I get sick. Never happens anywhere else, and I love pizza. So, I have discontinued eating Rocky's. But, no great loss, the pizza here always seems way undercooked. I get that others can't get enough of this place, it may be a cult of bad pizza followers though! read more

You can't go wrong with this place!! The Rocky's special, personal size is my go to. The crust is always perfect and the pizza size is just right. Nice and tasty. If you get a salad, they're very good and enough to feed a small family...... read more

Giving 3 stars because the sauce is bland. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The cheese was of good quality and the crust was amazing. A nearly perfect pizza missed the mark due to the bland flavorless sauce. The prices were fair. The customer service was ok as well. Waited at counter for over 5 minutes before a very nice person appeared. When my order was brought to my car they forgot my drink but promptly corrected the concern. This was probably my one an only visit unless I see they announce a new sauce recipe. I removed the cheese and could locate no spices I The sauce. read more

Ok pizza for the price . They cut it weird and it makes it hard to hold in one hand . I prefer triangle shape pizza haha .

Disappointed again. NE TN is like a food bizarro world where everyone says it is great and then you taste it and it's horrible and you're left wondering if it's them or you. With several four-star reviews I was hoping for better, but this pizza was bad. I can only imagine that the people who gave this pizza high praise have only ever eaten frozen pizza from their local discount grocery store. We ordered two individual size pizzas, one with pepperoni and one with olives, and one medium veggie. The individual pizzas are quite large and would be enough for two people unless you really like to overeat. The pizza sauce tasted like poorly seasoned, sweet ketchup. The veggie pizza contained diced onions and diced green bell peppers and canned mushrooms (Yes, slimy CANNED mushrooms) and no other veggies at all, not even olives. And I know this sounds crazy to some, but it is possible to have way too much cheese on a pizza - so much that it's like chewing on mozzarella-flavored taffy. I would have gone with one star except the crust was OK and the service was OK, but I resent paying $30.00 for average crust and a pleasant cashier. I will not return. read more

I just placed a huge order for myself and work collegues the lady that took my order was very nice and very patient as several of us paid with card.... so I definitely appreciate her patience with me and am very excited to eat and hungry... always a pleasure dealing with the people here and the food is always good. read more

Overall, a good pizza. The toppings were quite generous and the crust was crisp. It is very thin, so it sogged out by the end, which made the strip-sliced pieces challenging to eat without a knife and fork. The service was friendly and the carry out order was right on time. We'll return and try some sandwiches next. read more

Loved this place very good pizza reasonable prices! (: fast service the tv was a bit loud though. read more

Sick and tired of this place. Placed a simple order( 2x spaghetti), no special instructions, four tables and a walk in have ordered and already got their food and one has already eaten and left all while I'm still waiting. If I hadn't paid already I would've walk out!!! Plus tables are nasty and covered with dishes that no one has bothered to clean up. Multiple employees are just walking around, talking with their hands in their pockets. I won't be back here. read more

I have no stars given but it makes me give one star! I ordered pizza at 6:30pm and the pizza did not get to my house till 8:20! This is completely unacceptable! I will never order from them again!!!! When I called they did not even offer to help us. Was just told well they are in their way! I will take my business elsewhere!!!! read more

I have loved this place for a long time. The sandwiches, salads (with the housemade ranch) pizza, and spaghetti are all good.

Horrible customer service. I called to order a pizza and wanted to pick up curbside. They said when I get there call to let them know and they would bring it out to me. This was all in the middle of Covid-19. I got thee and tried to call them numerous times and could not get through. I had to go in and tried to tell the lady working at the register. She argued with me! So rude! Especially during Covid-19. Wow!!!! I will not go there again. I will go to Greg's Pizza!! read more

Good pizza in a friendly setting. I go when I visit my parents. My parents go often enough that the staff knows them by name. The garlic cheese bread is wonderful, but by no means good for you. read more

The pizza is one of the best I have ate! I have to have really light sauce and they make it perfect every time. I never get tired of eating their pizza and their delivery fee is only$1 so cheaper than all the others read more

We LOVE the pizza from this place! Always order it delivery and get the nicest people delivering. It's always been exactly within the time they promise, pizza isn't too greasy and is just very tasty. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. read more

OMG I don't know what kind of pizza (or where you got it) that you would review this place as "one of the best I ever ate" or "very good pizza" or "loved it" - it was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten and I came from a place ruled by places named 'Frank's' - yes - New Jersey. It was A. Overpriced B. Terrible C. Cut odd - yeah it's hard to explain. Anyway - if it's pizza you desire do yourself a favor and pass on this place, cuz what they call pizza isn't. Now the service was fine - if they just had something better to eat read more

Good pizza. Love the subs. The cheese bread & pizza are really, really greasy, but good.

Loved their pizza, but we live beyond their delivery range. When I asked if I could meet them at a public location between them and our house I was told "that's illegal" and "someone could rob us." Um, pretty much every pizza delivery place will deliver to a gas station or store if they don't deliver all the way to your house. If you are that frightened about being robbed then you shouldn't deliver at all. Ridiculous. I will be calling Luke's. read more

Good pizza and cheesebread but also love their salad. Eat at the one in Erwin often.

This restaurant claimed it was "illegal" to meet us to pickup pizza at a church because they don't deliver far enough to get to our house.

I'll keep this simple and to the point: Darned good pizza, great prices, fast delivery - even though they were super busy when we ordered. Even my husband's super-picky son was impressed. read more

I WAS a loyal customer and ordered frequently, however the last few times has been awful, tonight I ordered and when it got here the sub was SOGGY,the large pizza wasn't even what I ordered. I called to request a refund and was told I would get it (remains to be seen) and that they would come pick up the order,I waited for over an hour until after 10:30 and when I called back I was told to throw it away! well that was where it belonged alright but to have me sitting here waiting to feed my kids only to have them tell me to toss it was downright RUDE! read more

Absolutely LOVE this place. Their pizza and cheese bread and sandwiches, OH MY GOSH! The price is really good. The salads are something else. Love that it's a locally owned place and the family atmosphere you experience when you walk in this place. read more

Very disappointed. I actually have a friend who works there and they still forget to bring my pizza. This is the second time I've called at 8 pm and called back at 930 just to be told by the same woman that took my order that their closed and that I must've not given them the address. I've ordered there before so it was in the computer. there's all these reasons why it can't possibly be their fault so I just got fed up and told them I'd never eat there or any of their restaurants again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy read more
