I've tried both the Greeneville Rocky's and this one. greeneville's hours aren't conducive to my dinner plans, so I sometimes drive to J'borough for Rocky's spaghetti. It's the same, great taste, although this location doesn't cut up the meatballs. My go to for pizza, salad, and wings. I've been eating Rocky's for years now. Always good and fresh. The ranch dressing/dipping sauce is perfect, homemade, and delicious. The sandwiches are good, the spaghetti has a little spice to it but it's good as well. The meatballs are huge and you can order them alone or with the spaghetti. Very nice staff. Giving 3 stars because the sauce is bland. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The cheese was of good quality and the crust was amazing. A nearly perfect pizza missed the mark due to the bland flavorless sauce. The prices were fair. The customer service was ok as well. Waited at counter for over 5 minutes before a very nice person appeared. When my order was brought to my car they forgot my drink but promptly corrected the concern. Disappointed again. NE TN is like a food bizarro world where everyone says it is great and then you taste it and it's horrible and you're left wondering if it's them or you. With several four-star reviews I was hoping for better, but this pizza was bad. I can only imagine that the people who gave this pizza high praise have only ever eaten frozen pizza from their local discount grocery store. We ordered two individual size pizzas, one with pepperoni and one with olives, and one medium veggie. The individual pizzas are quite large and would be enough for two people unless you really like to overeat. The pizza sauce tasted like poorly seasoned, sweet ketchup. The veggie pizza contained diced onions and diced green bell peppers and canned mushrooms (Yes, slimy CANNED mushrooms) and no other veggies at all, not even olives. And I know this sounds crazy to some, but it is possible to have way too much cheese on a pizza - so much that it's like chewing on mozzarella-flavored taffy. I would have gone with one star except the crust was OK and the service was OK, but I resent paying $30.00 for average crust and a pleasant cashier. I will not return. read more

Overall, a good pizza. The toppings were quite generous and the crust was crisp. It is very thin, so it sogged out by the end, which made the strip-sliced pieces challenging to eat without a knife and fork. The service was friendly and the carry out order was right on time. Sick and tired of this place. Placed a simple order( 2x spaghetti), no special instructions, four tables and a walk in have ordered and already got their food and one has already eaten and left all while I'm still waiting. If I hadn't paid already I would've walk out!!! Plus tables are nasty and covered with dishes that no one has bothered to clean up. Horrible customer service. I called to order a pizza and wanted to pick up curbside. They said when I get there call to let them know and they would bring it out to me. This was all in the middle of Covid-19. I got thee and tried to call them numerous times and could not get through. I had to go in and tried to tell the lady working at the register. Loved their pizza, but we live beyond their delivery range. When I asked if I could meet them at a public location between them and our house I was told "that's illegal" and "someone could rob us." Um, pretty much every pizza delivery place will deliver to a gas station or store if they don't deliver all the way to your house. This restaurant claimed it was "illegal" to meet us to pickup pizza at a church because they don't deliver far enough to get to our house.

Very disappointed. I actually have a friend who works there and they still forget to bring my pizza. This is the second time I've called at 8 pm and called back at 930 just to be told by the same woman that took my order that their closed and that I must've not given them the address.
