Do NOT attempt to receive emergency locksmith services. His lack of customer service skills is shocking. You advertise that you help people in the state of an emergency lockout, but act like they are bothering you when they seek assistance. He was so rude when setting up the dispatch, and when I wanted to confirm the safety of giving him the entirety of my card information over the phone, he told me to seek help from somewhere else. Honestly just sounded like such a bitter and rude guy. Worst customer service I have ever seen, truly. Documented interactions (texts, website) do not align with how he addressed me. There was not one time where I said I refuse to provide my cc, in fact, he had the entire cc # as well as the date of expiration. If I intended to stop communication, why would I call back? I called back to inform him that because my charger was locked in my room, I believe my phone disconnected because it was actively dying. The owner told me that he wanted the entirety of my card information as a guarantee that I would pay, and I too asked how I could be sure that he would arrive before providing the CVV and that's when the owner rudely cut me off and told me to try asking somewhere else that was "more affordable". So I did NOT bear false witness, and I ask the owner to not only act like an adult, but to act like a business owner that knows what good customer service is. Luckily, my apartment opened the door for me for free several hours after my poor experience with this man. Even the owner's response telling me to "act like an adult," in his Google review response should be evidence of how comfortable he is addressing me rudely. I have seen plenty of 1 star Google reviews mentioning how rude this man is and I completely agree with those individuals. When I left my original review he claimed I was bearing false witness despite the fact that I did indeed provide the date of expiration, the zip code, and like I said, he cut me off when I asked how to guarantee he would arrive before providing the CVV. Therefore everything that happened when I called back took place exactly as I originally described. He believes that he is incapable of being wrong, but no one is infallible. He made a horrible impression on me and several others who had the displeasure of interacting with him. Also, how laughable that he implied I lied about speaking to other locksmiths. He believes he was the only one to pick up at 4am. You are NOT the only locksmith in Raleigh, however you ARE the rudest. Future individuals leaving a review: If he has your personal number, he WILL contact you personally to critique your review. He also went as far as to put my name on his site, which is unheard of. I never said anything about an incorrect call log, but he will do anything to feel like he is not in the wrong which is spiteful. Notice how he puts me calling him out on his site, but leaves out a screenshot of him telling me to act like an adult, to be more mature, and excludes evidence of my experience completely. Very spiteful. This man is so unprofessional. read more
