We loved working with Michael and Jessica to sell our house. We listed in a difficult market, but…read morewe navigated it well, thanks to their help. Michael was quick to meet us initially, and then was quick to meet, text, call, plan open houses, schedule the photographer, (and the list goes on). I am thankful to report that we sold our home last month (listed for over 100K more than we purchased, thankfully) and the process was smooth. Thanks Hoffmans! -Ciara

Being so far away, we never once had to worry--Mike was on top of everything. My husband and I met Monica Holtzhauer at an Open House she was hosting. From the time we walked…read moreinto the house, we instantly felt the passion Monica has for real estate. She was so very knowledgable about the Scottsdale area, and so enthusiastic about what she does. She left such an impression on us that we decided to ask for her help in finding us our home. We are so glad we did! She literally did not stop (through sickness and in health) until she found the perfect house for us. I've purchased two houses and have never experienced the dedication, knowledge and professionalism that Monica possesses. My expectations are now so high, how could I go anywhere else for my real estate needs?!

We could not have achieved our goals without him. He was always available to talk through strategy and ideas. Overall he is an awesome guy and in my option an industry expert. Brandon was a lovely realtor…read more Buying and selling a home is a large decision and he was very insightful, smart, and considerate when looking. One of the best things is that he is excited and knowledgeable which (to be honest) is hard to find in a realtor. A lot of them just are so focused on the sale and less on the education and best options for your situation. I would trust Brandon for any purchase in the future.

Brandon is an incredible realtor that I would highly recommend anyone work with. We were referred…read moreto Brandon through several friends, and can't thank him enough for his time, attention to detail, and patience throughout our time working together. Brandon goes the extra distance - he does the research needed to fully understand comps, value, and isn't afraid to point out negatives or things to consider during shows. There were even houses we liked that weren't on the market or were in early stages of construction - he would go out of his way (literally scouring the internet and cold calling people) to find out the details of the house and set up showings. He's readily available for showings at the drop of a hat and is able to make strong connections with sellers agents. The market is tough right now, and he never once pressured us into buying. He acknowledged the reality of the situation and has a ton of empathy for buyers today - which was so appreciated. He truly is on your side. Sadly we made the decision to move out of state, and we have to find a new realtor in that market. We are so so bummed to not be able to work with Brandon anymore but will continue to recommend him to all of our friends and family looking to buy/sell in AZ. Thank you Brandon!!

I have been using Joe Maggiore for the past year to manage my rental home in the East Valley…read more It was the 1st time that I had ever worked with a property manager, as I had always done it by myself. Joe Maggiore truly provides me with COMPLETE property management service. I have been so pleased with the service that Joe has provided, that I will be looking to use his services as my Property Manager and as my Realtor for the next rental property that I will be looking to purchase in the spring.

It pains me to write this review because my initial experience with this company was so promising…read more After the first property I viewed went to another prospect who was paying 6 months rent upfront (understandable) | was invited to apply for a different property managed by this company. I viewed the property, loved it, and applied. I was told the listing would be removed which it wasn't. I didn't see this as a big deal since I hadn't signed a lease yet. Fast forward to a week later, I have been completely ghosted. I have constantly had to hound the realtors for responses and updates. I was told yesterday I would be sent a lease to sign, but once again I didn't receive it. I reached out to the woman I was working with as well as her partner today, and still no response. This has been such a disappointing experience, bringing me nearly to tears as I wrote this review. I lost out on other properties waiting and waiting for responses from this company and believing their promises. For this reason, I would caution any prospective renters before applying to any properties managed by Basin.
