I will start off with the positives: I think the cleaning services I received were good and the front office staff/hygienists were professional, friendly, and helpful. My issue like others is with the inappropriate pushing of unnecessary services. To cite but one example (and I have several), Dr. Fili told me that I had gum disease and needed deep gum cleaning treatment. I had never been told I had such a condition by any dentist and had little bleeding, so I politely declined the treatment. With most healthcare providers, that would be the end of it but not with Dr. Fili. Dr. Fili responded by telling me that if I refused another such service, l would be terminated as a patient. She then openly discussed my condition, treatment, and refusal (without my permission) in front of other patients at the front desk and then asked me again in front of those patients whether I still would like to refuse the treatment. I again politely refused. Based on Dr. Fili's response, I afterwards worried if I had the condition and was making a poor decision. So, I checked with another dentist who confirmed I didn't have the disease. It was good to hear that but also really disheartening. In short, I would not recommend going here.

They do have a longer wait to make appointments for new patients, I had to wait about 3 weeks after I called to make the appointment but after you become a patient then they have more flexibility on the schedule. The staff has been very nice and friendly. Very helpful when needed too. Dr. Sunny is nice and listens to your concerns. They have a "reward" machine for when they are done with their procedure. My son really enjoyed that part and he was a good boy all throughout his cleaning, he actually enjoyed it and is been asking em to come back ever since . We already did our next cleaning appointment!
