Our Dental Insurance has fought with Oxford Orthodontics in Mount Juliet trying to get them to…read moreaccept their agreement they signed with our insurance company. We had a pretty "Heated" 3 way phone call with us, Oxford's insurance lady" Mrs Laura" and Delta Dental. After 65 years I have never come across a Dental Practice that doesn't honor their agreements with insurance companies. $ 4,195 treatment and Oxford wants me to pay $3,195 over 6 months because Delta Dental will pay over 18 months. Our other insurance is paying them $1,000. Why do we pay for insurance if Dental Offices still wants us to pay up front. Don't use Oxford unless you can pay upfront for services and let them pay you back when your insurance pays them. Do we get interest for that money owed to us?

My son really enjoyed that part and he was a good boy all throughout his cleaning, he actually enjoyed it and is been asking em to come back ever since . Dentist; very attentive. Listens. Explains things. Effective in procedures & finished work. Also; I really appreciate that they don't try to sell you a bunch of cosmetic stuff. You usually get the same Tech every time and what I noticed is that the children seemed happy to see their Tech. Everyone knows that getting your braces tightened sometimes hurts but it sure does help when the person that is tightening your braces knows who you are and cares about you personally. We were 16 mins late to one appointment and they refused to see my kids for 6 months cleaning. Reschedule and told me 4 months away. So I called Franklin TN and they got me in. We saw them every 2-3 months almost 7k dollars later I'm informed that my son who has only had one cavity his whole life has THREE CAVITIES AND NEEDS A ROOT CANAL.
