When I politely asked the dentist to fix it, she became visibly frustrated, started aggressively filing my tooth while sighing, and then said, "There's nothing more I can do," before leaving the room. The dentist and nurse were both very unprofessional. When I pointed out that my teeth were uneven, the nurse rudely told me to "spend more money and get veneers" instead. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they made me feel like I was the problem for speaking up. The only positive part of my experience was the office manager, who was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of the clinical staff completely overshadowed that.
