I love going to the dentist! Katie, Claudia, and Andrea are simply the best and treat me like family with hugs and life updates every time I go (which has been a lot the last few years)! They make me feel comfortable, they make me laugh and I truly adore everyone there! Dr. B is a straight shooter. He does not sugar coat anything and tells it like it is, which I fully respect and trust his judgement always. He gives you treatment options, his opinions on what he believes will be best, and let's you decide. He's even gone back and replaced a crown for free because he didn't like the way it was sitting in my gums on an x-ray after a procedure. What kind of dentist would fix that to ensure their patients are healthy?! He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. I am now super proactive about my dental care (and a little OCD) simply because of all these wonderful people! Thank you for always going above and beyond in taking care of me! read more

Dee the office manager (in my experience) is a raging racist. Me and my 3 boys go there. Every since my youngest missed his payment arrangement she has waged war against the rest of the family. This is a very sweet office, Ally the front desk girl, the hygienist and nurse are all sweet. It happens to be one of those small offices where the office manager runs the show and there is no other person to talk to besides her. You can tell she's not happy with her life. I will never go back there as an African American. You will see what I mean when you meet her. She treats no other race that way when I am there. When on the phone with her regarding my sons pay plan she was talking to me very condescending and telling me what I should say and do to him as a result of him missing one of his payments. It was terrible!! I quickly told her to not take it personally. read more

If only there could be a zero rating....I guess one star could be for the staff. They were very friendly. The dentist himself was a total JERK! I had an appointment with him a couple of hours ago and my gum is still throbbing where he scraped the hell out of it and my mouth is ringed in a rash because he didn't bother to look at my chart to see I am allergic to latex and used latex gloves on me. He was so obviously ticked off that I opted to spend far less on a simpler procedure rather than $1100 on an unnecessary and time-consuming one. He tried to use scare-tactics and what I can only call "dental care shaming." He was so rude and dismissive and downright aggressive. I have never been treated so badly by a healthcare "professional" as I was today. read more

Word of warning . . . If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled- even if you made the appointment in person and are a regular patient for 7 years with no no-shows. I did get an appointment reminder the week before my appointment and 2 days before my appointment that looked like the generic date/time reminder and press C to confirm or P to get a call to reschedule. I typically see these as automatic, generic reminders and as a fellow health service provider send them myself, but would never cancel someone's appointment without their asking me to do so. Regardless, I was planning to confirm after talking to my husband, but less than 24 hours later got another text and email with: the appointment reminder, no request to confirm, and a "we're looking forward to seeing you" and "see you soon." So, I assumed the appointment was still on (as scheduled). Yet, when I arrived, it was cancelled. I took off work. My husband took off work to take my son to a later appointment for which I wasn't sure I could get back in time. Also, the first woman I spoke to said that she couldn't read the appointment calendar, so I had to sit and wait 10 minutes after my appointment to be told it was cancelled. There was also no real apology or attempt to make it work- just reading aloud to me the text messages and justifying. I strongly disagree with this policy. I also highly suggest that the text reminders say, "please confirm or your appointment will be canceled" . . . if you choose to keep this policy. Cancelling without the patient's express request to do so is not the norm. I would also suggest you remove the final reminders that involve the "see you soon" terminology if the appointment has already been cancelled. Also, please consider reviewing the patient's appointment history before cancelling. Otherwise hygienists are friendly. Dentist is straight forward. The office is clean. Wait time is generally minimal at 8:30 am (if your appointment isn't cancelled). read more

Special: Includes: Post + Abutment + Crown plus FREE Implant Consultation & CT Scan ($665 Value) Well this is pretty much a scam. I called thinking that the offer ends today (offer expires every day to get you to call) and I tell the receptionist about the internet offer I saw and I want to come in for an appointment. She asked me who I'm insured with and other personal information and I make the appointment for the next day. I get there and speak to the same person whom I make the appointment with the day before and she gets my insurance card and driver's license. I go back for the Consultation & CT Scan (FREE with the special) and afterwards we sit down to do over the pricing. She then tells me that since I have insurance that I DO NOT qualify for the special I saw on the internet. So let's break this down, they knew ahead of time that I HAD insurance and she allowed me to drive all the way there and allowed me to get the Consultation & CT Scan and then tells me at the end that I cannot get the pricing I thought I was going to get. So now who pays for the "FREE Consultation & CT Scan" since I refuse to do business with people who are luring people into their office by lying to them? Oh yea that's right they will now bill MY insurance company since I'm not having any work done that now has to be paid. Wow, what a scam and should be reported. Maybe they need to put on their website that offer only applies to those WITHOUT insurance. I'm just writing this to warn others out there that there could be other shady things going on there with the way they are conducting business. read more

Dr. Blourchian is rough and unprofessional. My wife called me in tears from previous times in his office, feeling he was unnecessarily rough. This final time he slipped with his instrument and cut the outside of her mouth, which she documented by taking a photo of it before she left his office. When she showed him the photograph, he denied it. His office continues to deny it, making up all kinds of excuses that are flatly false. Had my wife received a simple apology, we might not have been so upset, but his arrogant and dishonest refusal to admit a mistake pushed us over the limit. I would not recommend him to anyone. read more

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and The first thing I would like mention is how wonderful the staff has been. ANDREA and CLAUDIA were the sweetest and made sure all our needs were taken care of and doubts clarified. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the procedure, gave me all the care and attention & patiently explained every single thing in detail. I love this dentist. Yelp reviews are tough because most people are so demanding and not really realistic. Katie is the bomb. She is humble, skilled, and as sweet as grandma's cookies. Called New Image Dentistry and made an appointment for a free consultation for dentures, snap in's dentures or fixed dentures [all on 4]. Asked multiple times if it was free and what expense I might incur, told by female [will not post her name] on phone free. When we arrived front desk [will not post their names] was very friendly and helpful. Again I asked if the consultation was free, the front desk staff said yes. I filled out the paper work and was taken in back they explained options and female staff said they need to get an X-ray, I asked if there was a fee she said no. They took a Panoramic dental x-ray and then Alan Blourchain DDS came in he was not very friendly and pushed for fixed dentures [all on 4 most expensive]. Went back out front and female put together pricing and took us to another room to go over pricing. Told her I was not ready to sign any agreements and was doing research and trying decide what I wanted to do and could afford. Female called again in a few days and I asked her if she could give me a price for just lower snap in's, she did and mailed it to me. I still have not decided what I want to do and explained that to her. Then we noticed a charge to our insurance for a dental cat scan from Alireza Blourchain, not sure who that is and never meet them, dentist last name was Blourchain. No dental cat scan was done, I've had many cat scans for medical reasons and can tell you NO cat scan was done. I reported them to the insurance. Needless to say I will not be going back there for dentures or implants for snap in dentures. Through all this there was another person with me and heard and seen everything. So just watch billing and what your promised!!! One star for front desk being nice. read more
