He finally made the switch and is much happier. Harpeth family dentistry looks out for the needs of the patient - not their pockets. Dr. Chad Follis is wonderful, WONDERFUL, but I am extremely partial to Dr Darby Follis, whom I followed from her last group. She is so gentle and sweet - best "bedside" manner around. This is annoying because Snodgrass owns 4 out of the five total in network offices for our plan within fifty miles. Front desk was super rude, and turned us away saying they don't accept our insurance despite me having a screenshot that the insurance sent us here. She also insisted that my id number wasn't on my card, even though it's the only number on the card ) Said doctor snodgrass is gone and he was the in network doc. They double booked me twice in a row and were unable to see me both times as a result. The snarky and rude receptionist told me with an attitude "because you did not confirm your appointment, we gave it away. They never reached out by phone text or email to confirm the appointment nor has it ever been a requirement. After 15 years I will never be back and my children will never set foot in this practice.
