I can't believe I put off cleaning my teeth for so long it was such a breeze. They were so gentle with my teeth applied fluoride to help with my gums. Is Estella a Dentist? If not, what is she doing putting in the final Crown. Apparently her husband thinks she is qualified. I don't think the State Board is going to agree. Dental Assistants are Legally allowed to do what a Board Licensed Dentist can do. It appears that Stephen allows his wife to Pretend she is a dentist, meanwhile he's out doing something else. We did not pay to have an Assistant do the Dentists work. Has anyone else had Estella do procedures she's neither qualified or licensed to do? This is going further than just our review. read more

And if you miss your 6-month check up? Don't worry, they have some pit bosses working in the front office that will call and remind you every hour to make an appointment. The son took over the practice some time ago, moved the offices to Hawthorne and everything went down hill, but especially the quality of work performed by Dr. Stephen Klebe. We had been going there for some time but no more. (Sometime being more than 20 years.) Dr. Stephen Klebe and his staff are nowhere near the talent that his father and the former staff were. God works in mysterious ways! I like to think, that I've always had good timing too lol. I came across this dentist office randomly, and by the Grace of God, they were able to see me. Just based off my initial phone conversation, I knew I would be in good hands. Estela, the dentist assistant, is Amazing. She immediately gave off positive vibes, and really wanted to help resolve my discomfort. I had been dealing with off and on pain for almost a month. It's like she had multiple roles.... friend, sounding board, therapist, family member etc.... She made my experience so pleasant. Dr. Klebe informed me that I needed a root canal and crown. He presented all of my options, and provided the possible outcome for each one. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel pressured. He is so funny!!! Words can't express how truly happy I am. I had a tooth extraction without NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. Since a child now a grown woman I have had been traumatized going to the dentist. This Dentist was a true godsend for me as I had met with several before finally finding them. Most dentists made me feel like they were constantly trying to "sell" me on work I didn't need. Doctor Klebe's office and the entire staff made me feel like I was back at my childhood dentists office. From the front desk to the extremely skilled staff, my teeth were made to look perfect (and they needed a lot of work) within a short period of time. I had 2 baby teeth (mind you, I'm 30) that needed to be extracted, and replaced as I had no adult teeth of my own that were behind them. Stella worked like a true artist and I feel like a new person with basically a new set of teeth (and new confidence). Everything was handled so perfectly by this office, from their communication, to dealing with insurance, and ultimately, working on a complicated set of teeth like my own that required a lot of work (which almost entirely pain free at each step of the process). I could not be happier and to this day I look forward to coming in for even my routine cleanings (which are also a pleasant experience, handled by Elmer, who is incredibly knowledgeable). read more
