They allowed us to brush our teeth there with complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. They explained the whitening process beforehand, as it was both of our first times. They give you a bell to ring in case you have sensitivity, and they have gel in between sessions in case helpful. It's 4 rounds for 15 minutes. It went extremely smoothly, and was very peaceful. Both the ladies were extremely kind throughout the entire process. Our teeth are MUCH whiter, and we are super pleased with the results. They offered a special pricing deal for new patients. I highly recommend them. There's a parking lot for free parking. It's a large office and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Letty - her patience, her concern, her work - was so good and thank god she was there to finish the work because the way it was done initially was a fast and get out type of work. Letty fixed it and made sure I walked out comfortable. 4. Front office ladies - really nice and made me feel comfortable. 5. Leticia - whom gives us quotes and bill us. LET ME CLARIFY - not once was I rude or gave her attitude. I took the day off so i'd have a smooth day. So I got three different quotes on my first visit from such an expensive price, to me asking for a breakdown and then the price went down. Point is - On my visit where they put a temporary crown - i headed to the front i asked Leticia if she can print an invoice for the remaining balance (in case they come up with something else next time) - Leticia's attitude changed (not in a good way) and said to wait in the lobby because she was busy. busy? With a new patient that literally just walked in. After I was here for 3.5 hrs - Leticia then called the other patient and had a whole nice conversation (kids, grandparent, etc) while she knew I was waiting for her. Knowing all she had to do was print a page. After- i asked one of the receptionist if they can print my remaining balance and she said yes. Like really? Leticia couldn't tell her co worker to do the favor? Instead had me wait another 20 minutes. My mother had a dog bite her in the face and damages many teeth and gums which didn't heal properly. Any visit to the dentist that she has is not only uncomfortable for her but embarrassing. Everyone here from the staff to dentist make her feel welcome and comfortable. They work with her and understand that when she's picky or demanding it's just frustration on her part because shes had to go through visits out the routine. She's very sensitive to pain and can't handle equipment in her mouth for too long either. So yeah I'm very pleased with the service and bedside manner they have with my mother
