I had a root canal and temporary crown work done at The Hawthorne Dentist, and my experience was excellent. The whole office is friendly, professional, clean, kind, and personable. The vibe is great for a dental office, which really helps with both the boredom and anxiety that can come with dental work. Dr. Craig handled my root canal and was efficient, friendly, and reassuring. Dr. Rose oversaw the crown/temp crown portion and, as always, had a calm, professional presence that made me feel taken care of. I also want to especially shout out Manny. He assisted during the crown portion and handled my temporary crown, and he really stood out for his attention to detail. He caught early that the scan might not work because of how deep the area was and made sure Dr. Rose had what he needed to move forward smoothly. Afterward, Manny adjusted some unevenness in my temporary crown and made sure my bite felt comfortable before I left. That extra care made a big difference. Overall, this is a 5-star dental office. 10/10 experience!!! Im visiting Los Angeles, my crown came off. I called they said you can come in at 11 and it was 10:15 when I called. When I was late , they called to check on me! When I arrived they where so courteous and friendly! Filled out short paperwork. Got me back immediately! The dental assistant was knowledgeable and personable. Took a few trays. Doc came in Looked. Said he knew my story and would get me out and back on vacation! 12:20 I was out the door! The Dr. Was just as nice as the assistant! He smiled, talked , he didn't rush! Proper hygiene was used.
