They have a habit of booking you for multiple appointments days or weeks apart which is upsetting because it leaves you getting numbed multiple times. . They have about 7 spots for designated parking and there is now paid street parking when it was free at first, but staff dont regulate the lot so sometimes people on the neighborhood park there and they aren't clients.

I live close to Ganji Dental in Hawthorne and was happy to find a dentist nearby. The staff were…read morevery nice, and Dr. Joshua Rose did my procedure. I think he did a good job. I went there for a general cleaning. Dr. Joshua Rose looked at my teeth, and his assistants briefly mentioned the procedure might not be covered by insurance, so I thought it was necessary and agreed. The next day, when I checked with my insurance and another dentist, I was told only a normal cleaning (D1110) was needed since my teeth and gums are healthy. Despite this, Dr. Ganji's office used codes D4346 and ZD4382, and I had to pay $199 out of pocket. The cleaning took less than 30 minutes. At the end, a staff member asked me to leave reviews on Google and Yelp and even asked me to take out my phone, scan the QR codes, and write reviews while still at the office. This felt unprofessional. Because of the billing and how they handled things, I don't trust this office and will not go back.
