I called last week, asking if the could get my husband in because he was in pain due to the needed extractions. I was assured we would hear back on Tuesday. We never received a call back. Today we arrived for our cleanings. They had no records of our appointments. They now reschedule our appointments for September. We are new to the area. I confirmed the time of my scheduled appointments and Cassandra said I'm not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned the same day which is odd when she scheduled it. I finally make it to my appointment for the filling which was at 10AM. I sat waiting until 10:30 before I asked would it be longer.
