I called last week, asking if the could get my husband in because he was in pain due to the needed extractions. I was assured we would hear back on Tuesday. We never received a call back. Today we arrived for our cleanings. They had no records of our appointments. They now reschedule our appointments for September. We are new to the area. I finally make it to my appointment for the filling which was at 10AM. I sat waiting until 10:30 before I asked would it be longer.
